1. Administrators, Professors (the title given to those holding formal teaching posts prior to appointment to the seminary faculty), and Instructors, with several exceptions, are drawn from the two monastic communities in Etna. They will provide the bulk of instruction to students. The monastics will not be remunerated for their services. However, all others will be compensated for their teaching activities, whether in residence or when teaching by teleconferencing. 2. Adjunct Professors and Lecturers, who will teach classes, lecture, or conduct short seminars on an irregular basis, will be remunerated for their teaching. When doing so in residence, they will also be provided room and board. Those traveling from outside the country will receive a travel allowance. Various clergy and others with academic experience will also be invited to offer special lectures or short seminars on a regular basis. They will receive an appropriate honorarium for their service.
