Contract Administration We have qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Contract Administration, thereby becoming the liaison between you and the contractor to ensure the project is built in accordance with the drawings, documents and timescales provided. Contract Administration includes regular site inspections, certifying any work undertaken, managing payments to the contractor, dealing with variations, notifying all parties when the project is fit for occupation, issuing Practical Completion, managing the Rectification Period and issuing a Final Completion certificate once we are satisfied that the project is complete. Insurance Restoration We also have considerable skill and experience in managing all aspects of building insurance restoration including administrating an appropriate claim and the physical works of the restoration to the building, including liaison with the insurance company and loss adjustor.
