These lines are developed from our process knowledge and field experience. The U control pendant has an extensive synergic database. This means that you will have all alternatives without compromising quality. U control pendant has more than 00 synergic lines for short/spray arc and pulsed arc. In addition the U can also handle customer specific synergic lines if needed. The synergic lines can be upand downloaded with a PC. Easy to install The Mig power sources are connected to the enclosed feeder RoboFeed 00w or the enclosed feeder unit FeedMech 0w with separate control unit FeedControl by quick connectors. Connection of the power sources and the U to the robot control cabinet is by help of a bus splitter available from ESAB. conduit in different lengths are available for efficient transport of the wire from the Marathon Pac drum to the feeder units. All these efforts to minimise set up time enabling production to commence in the shortest possible time. A complete robot package consists of: - Mig power source - wire feed units: RoboFeed or FeedMech with the separate control unit FeedControl. - U - programming unit with integrated Fieldbus interfaces - Bus splitter - for connection to the robot cabinet - Control cable package - with quick connections - Welding torch or PP torch incl. holder - ESAB wire Full range of Equipment The precision Mig power sources can weld MIG/MAG solid wire and cored wires using constant current, pulsing, super pulsing as well as MIG/MAG brazing. The Mig power sources supplies accurate and repeatable power to drive, control and monitor the weld process. ESAB s 00 years of welding process knowledge has been captured and stored in the many pre-programmed Synergic lines enabling you to achieve the optimum performance for every material, process and gas combination in your mechanised application. The bus splitter makes it easy to connect/ disconnect the standard cables to the robot control cabinet. For easy installation the plate and holes have been prepared for standard sizes. (Harting type) The U - Fieldbus has the same welding functionality as a standard U, but it also communicates the settings and signals between the robot and the power source. Among the interface features are: - memories (schedules) changeable during welding. - Direct access to the wire feed speed and voltage - touch sense -Weld busy - Arc Acknowledge - Multilevel error status information inching - Reverse wire feed direction - Shielding gas control - Cleaning gas control - levels of safety stops The welding manager can easily block all access to the preset weld-parameters in the U by a code lock function. Connecting cables High quality cables to transfer the large amount of digital signals between the robot control, the U control unit and the power source. You choose the optimum length for your installation. The feeders We offer feeding alternatives: - RoboFeed 00w enclosed with 0 mm feed rolls - FeedMech 0w enclosed with mm feed rolls and the separate control unit FeedbControl Hose package between power source and feeder. This package contains all cables and hoses to the feeder, all of them equipped with quick connectors. The water connectors block the water in the hose, when not connected. A removable protective cover gathers the hoses and protects them from wear and tear. Torches ESAB offer the PSF M torch in the standard lengths.,. and.0 m. Swan necks are available in different standard versions: Straight, degrees, straight extended and degrees extended. PSF M complies with the TrueArcVoltage System Full range of consumables ESAB has wire packages for very high productivity, easy handling and high quality assurance - The Marathon Pac.
