Poster Insert Each month the INTO offers an organisation the opportunity to incude an educationa poster as an insert with InTouch. The aim is to provide the teacher with an educationa aid which can be used in the cassroom. The foowing conditions woud appy: The Company must provide the Editoria Board with either a copy of the poster or a detaied breakdown of the intended copy for its approva. The poster must be a minimum A3 size*. In some cases, the INTO wi consider other size options. The poster must be provided in good time and deivered, foded to A4 size*, directy to the maiing company. Once a proposa is accepted the INTO wi undertake to meet 20% of the cost of inserting the poster, based on the current insert prices. No more than one such Educationa Poster wi be carried in any edition of InTouch. The Board reserves the right to reject any proposa. In this event the decision is fina and neither the Board nor the Editor wi enter into correspondence on the matter. * NB: A4 inserts must be trimmed 3mm a around to fit inside magazine. Inserts arger that A4, must be trimmed 3mm a around before being foded to A4.
Conditions of Advertising A advertisements are subject to the approva of the editor. The INTO reserves the right to reject or cance any advertising at any time. The acceptance of an advertisement is not to be taken as impying that the advertisements wi be pubished. The INTO reserves the right to refuse to insert any advertisements without stating any cause for such refusa. The INTO does not guarantee the insertion on any advertisement in a specific issue or at a, whether or not a particuar issue has been specified. The INTO reserves the right to request advance payment for composition and/or space. The advertiser and/or its agents agrees to indemnify the INTO against oss, damages, or expense arising from the use by advertisers of any authorised name, photograph, sketch or words protected by copyright or trade-mark. The INTO assumes no iabiity for errors in key numbers or codes. No responsibiity can be accepted for any damage to, or oss of, artwork or eectronic copy. Advertisers wishing to cance any space orders shoud do so by the first working day of the month preceding the month of pubication. Any advertiser canceing after that date wi be charged for the amount of space booked. The pacing of an order wi be considered an acceptance of the above conditions.
