Christian Academy School System Technology Services Support Document Online Reenrollment Getting Started Guide This document will help you complete the online process for reenrollment for the 2013-2014 school year. Signing In 1. Click the link contained in the email message to launch the reenrollment website. If the link does not open, go to https://online.factsmgt.com/emp/public/enroll.aspx?tk=3kqqm. 2. Click on the Sign In link. If you do not have a user name and password skip to the Creating a FACTS Account section on page 2. 3. Enter your user name and password. If you do not remember your user name or password click on the Forgot User Name/Password? link. 4. Click Sign In and skip to the Reenrolling Students section on page 3. Creating a FACTS Account 1. Enter your email address. 2. Click Next. 3. Enter your personal contact information. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. 4. Click Next. 5. Enter a user name and password of your choosing. All fields are required. Page 2 of 11
6. Select a Security Question and enter the answer to that question. This will be used by FACTS to confirm your identity if you need to have your password reset or if you are using a public computer. Enter two Telephone ID Questions and provide answers to each. These will be used to confirm your identity if you need to contact FACTS by telephone. All fields are required. 7. Click Submit. Reenrolling Students 1. If you clicked the link from the email, the Access Code should already be entered. If not, or if you had to manually enter the URL, enter the Access Code provided in the email. Enter the Student First Name and Student Last Name exactly as they appeared in the email message. All fields are required. 2. Click Add Returning Student. 3. You will be presented with a list of all of your students eligible for online reenrollment. If any of your students are not listed stop and call the Business Office at (502) 244-3225. 4. If the detail list is not displayed click the to the left of each student name to expand the list. Reenrollment Form 1. Click the Start link at the left to access the Reenrollment Form. You will need to do this for each of your students you wish to reenroll. 2. Verify the student information. If the grade or campus is incorrect stop and call the Business Office at (502) 244-3225. 3. Click Save and Continue. 4. Select the payment option. Under option 1, payment is due in full by June 14, 2013. Under option 2, monthly payments will be made June 2013 through May 2014. Option 2 additionally requires a $41 processing fee for this service. Enter the name and address of the person financially responsible for the student s tuition. If you are reenrolling multiple students, once the first student form has been submitted the copy function can be used to copy data for all fields marked with the on each screen. Page 4 of 11
5. Click Save and Continue. Page 5 of 11
6. Enter the user name and password used to sign in as your digital signature on this agreement. 7. Click Submit. Spiritual Recommitment Form If you have students entering either the 6 th or 9 th grade, complete the following steps for the Spiritual Recommitment Form. Otherwise, skip to the Reenrollment Fee section on page 8. 1. Click the Start link at the left to access the Spiritual Recommitment Form. You will need to do this for each of your students entering the 6 th or 9 th grade you wish to reenroll. Page 6 of 11
2. Enter church and attendance information and check your agreement to the statement of activity. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. 3. Click Save and Continue. 4. Enter the user name and password used to sign in as your digital signature on this agreement. 5. Click Submit. Page 7 of 11
Reenrollment Fee 1. Verify all Reenrollment and Spiritual Recommitment Forms for all of your students have a status of Complete. 2. Click the Start link at the left to access the Reenrollment Fee. 3. You will be presented with the balance due for only the student clicked. 4. Click the Continue link to the right of the Total Due amount. Page 8 of 11
5. You will be presented with the balance due for each student with completed reenrollment forms. 6. Click Make Payment. 7. Select your payment method. 8. Click Continue. Page 9 of 11
9. Enter the payment information. All fields are required. 10. Click Continue. 11. Verify the payment information. If any of the items needs to be changed click the Edit button. 12. When all information is correct click Confirm. Page 10 of 11
13. You will receive the following message while your payment is being processed. 14. Once the payment is complete you will receive a confirmation. 15. Your reenrollment is complete.
