SATRAK VEHICLE MANAGEMENT WHAT WILL SATRAK VEHICLE MANAGEMENT DO FOR ME? Satrak customers have come to rely on our products for keeping vans and machinery safe and secure from thieves. Satrak has now developed additional systems for keeping a permanent eye on your vehicle fleet. Satrak Vehicle Management allows you to see where your vehicles are at all times, as well as produce journey replays and reports i.e. time sheet/mileage. Combining the two key technologies of GPS and GPRS, Satrak are able to provide fleet owners with low cost, simple vehicle management technology, which will reduce running costs, provide accountability and improve efficiency. As with our security products Satrak Vehicle Management has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the customers and their vehicle fleets. In our research we asked our customer base and the wider industry what they wanted from a vehicle management product. The results produced four main criteria (see opposite page for more details). Most clients wanted the vehicle positions to update at 2 minute intervals giving the users total control. The Satrak system allows users to produce detailed vehicle activity reports e.g. time sheets, mileage and exception reports. Customers can also receive scheduled reports automatically via email. SATRAK VEHICLE MANAGEMENT OTHER PRODUCTS SATRAK SECURITY The Satrak security product has been designed to protect and secure a full range of assets, particularly those within the construction industry such as plant equipment and vehicles. The Satrak unit s ability to combine real time tracking/ alerts, remote/automatic immobilisation, transferability and no ongoing running costs has made it the most popular plant security system in the UK. SATRAK PLANT MANAGEMENT In line with other Satrak product developments, we have created a much needed software service for operators of plant machinery. Using the proven Satrak security product, the Satrak website is now able to display the engine hours worked by the machines for subscribing customers. The Satrak Plant Management software will automatically record hours that the machine has worked and email you reminders when services are due. The software will give firms the ability to utilise this information when hiring machines and ensure services are timely and efficient, providing revenue control and reducing any unnecessary servicing costs. PRICING INDEX SIMPLICITY & TRANSPARENCY Satrak products are priced as simply as possible. Whilst lease options are available many of our customers prefer not to enter into long contracts or leases. With Satrak you can own the hardware and pay a low monthly fee with no contract or lease.
