Then they can be automatically connected the next time they visit the same location or other locations in the network. Consumers can review Deals from the Consumer Interface Facebook login is a system option Consumers can add deals to their MobiWallet and using their phone redeem them in store or print the coupons as required. MobiWallet displays how many deals the consumer has currently saved and their total savings System includes a Buy Now button on all Merchant Deals. The button interacts directly with a merchant s shopping cart allowing consumers to make a purchase instantly via e/m commerce The web version, of the mobile interface, is designed to extend the proximity marketing area, allowing consumers to shop from home, add offers to their Mobile Wallet and redeem then when next out shopping using their phone Consumers are able to Rate and write reviews about products and services merchants provide. The consumer must login or create an account before they write a review. Consumers have the ability to engage with merchants directly and ask questions All merchants deals can be shared by shoppers with friends via various popular Social media platforms All merchants deals can be shared by shoppers with friends via text messages afnd email 3

Consumer RSS Feed Consumers subscribe to RSS feed and it appears in the browser tool bar. Once subscribed, new merchant deals are posted automatically to the consumer s browser, the link in their browser turns Bold, indicating new deals, and discounts are available. Analyze current deal redemption trends to predict merchant sales and service level requirements for the current month and out to three months, based on current trends Includes the following information: First and Last Name; Verified Cell phone number; Email address; Address, City, State, Zip; Date of first use; Total number of uses; List of consumer interests by category; List of redeemed categories; Total number of redemptions Shows a list of consumers who have comparison shopped a merchant while connected to their Wi-Fi. Identify how many customers are showcasing your products and with which competitor. While a shopper is displayed within Shopper View, merchants have the ability to engage them directly via Text or Email message 4

SECURITY Telephone Consumer Protection (TCPA) Compliance CAN-Spam Act 2003 Wi-Fi Interface User Authentication Ad Servicing Child Alert system System automatically and dynamically protects Wi-Fi Network Operators and Advertisers by ensuring your legal compliance with Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) 47 CFR 64.1200(f)(8), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) 16 C.F.R. 310.4(b)(1)(iii)(B)(i), and CAN-SPAM Act 47 C.F.R. 64.3100 Our opt-in process is fully compliant with the requirements of the CAN Spam Act 2003 and subsequent Amendments. Internally a secure tunnel is created over the wireless which isolates the Wi-Fi Interface from all other networks like LAN and WAN. This tunnel interface sends and receives packets over secure IPsec protocol. Child Alert system, which is basically an Amber Alert, is designed to assist mall operators and parents find lost children. With PS Mobile Child Alert, mall management has the ability to upload a picture and description of the child and immediately push it to every consumer using the Wi-Fi in the mall. Thus, increasing the chances of finding the child faster and before anything may happen. 5
