Course Overview The Complex Cases and Revision Strategies cadaveric training program is intended for fellowship-trained and practicing orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons who perform complex instrumented spinal procedures. This unique course will provide an outstanding opportunity to understand the current techniques used to treat complex cases and different solutions to approach revision strategies. At the conclusion of this course, participants will have gained an understanding of how to properly evaluate the patient and apply surgical techniques. Participants will have extensive hands-on time with a 2:1 surgeon to faculty ratio and will be able to choose the techniques they would like to focus on in the BioSkills lab based on the below complex techniques: Posterior Osteotomy Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion (LLIF) with Direct Look Sacroiliac Fixation Anterior Longitudinal Ligament (ALL) Release Revision Frank La Marca, MD Co-Chairman Joseph R.
