1 Introduction Welcome to the Storebox! Here's everything you need to get started with the Storebox Portal in ten minutes or less. Follow these steps and you'll be syncing, sharing, and collaborating in no time: 1. Download the Storebox Client for desktops or laptops, so that you can always sync the most current versions of your files to your computer and backup your computer to the portal. 2. Download Storebox Mobile Apps for your mobile phones and tablets, so that you can always access the latest version of your files from anywhere. 3. Add files to the My Files folder. Files in this folder normally sync to your Storebox Portal account, so you can access them from any of your devices and on the Web. See Upload Files (page 6). 4. Securely share folders or files with your team members or external users in seconds, by using collaboration and public links. See Share Files (page 11). 5. Use the Google Chrome plugin to easily edit files right from the Storebox Portal. See Edit Files Using Storebox Edit for Chrome (page 10). 2 About the Storebox Portal Let's take a look at the Storebox Portal. The Cloud Drive tab contains your files. You can add as many folders as you like to the Cloud Drive tab, but the following two folders are there by default: Swisscom AG Swisscom Storebox Guide 21. August 2015 3/19

The My Files folder is automatically synced to the cloud when the Storebox Client is installed on your computer. In this example, you can see some documents, PDFs, and images. The Shared With Me folder contains all of the content that is currently being shared with you by other storebox users. In this example, there is one project called "project share 02", which includes a presentation that Stefan Lengacher demo from the Marketing department is working on with you. Swisscom AG Swisscom Storebox Guide 21. August 2015 4/19

The Devices tab lists all of your devices (Workstations with the Storebox Client installed, NAS-Gateways and mobile devices with the CTera Application) that are connected to your Storebox Portal account. Below each device, you can see the last time it was backed up, along with the size of the backup. 3 Perform basic tasks with Files 3.1 Search for files You can search for files in a folder. 1.
