Flat rate of $0.05 per minute 9) CNAM Revenue Share (Partnership) Star Communications can save up to 10% off of your dialing cost, without changing dayto-day operations. -How it works. You request a Local DID from Star Communication; we offer 48 states + DC, to use in your outbound calling plan. You also request a CNAM (Calling Name) to present, so the person accepting the call will see your Company/Campaign name. Every time you make and outbound call with Star Communication's DID & CNAM to a U.S. lanline that is Caller ID enabled a "Dip" takes place. The Dip is when the terminating carrier looks up the DID & CNAM in a data base containing Caller ID information. There is a small charge to look up information in this database and because Star Comm owns the DID & CNAM we get a portion of this charge & share it with you. About $1.00 in savings for every 1,200 outbound minutes dialed.

250,000 minimum terminations to qualify The program is free to try out. There is no cost for set-up, CNAM management, or forwarding return calls(sip or Toll-Free). Example- ViciDial and most Asterisk based dialers can be easily integrated to accept return calls with no cost. With free CNAM management, we will brand the outbound DID to your company. We offer high-quality local DIDs in 48 States + DC. 10) Toll Free Termination Compensation (Partnership) Star Communication pays YOU $0.001 per minute to terminate Toll Free Traffic. -The reason we payout is because ultimately any Toll Free call will terminate with a LEC or ILEC(Bell, AT&T, Verizon). Normally calls go through multiple carriers before they reach the LEC. This causes poor call quality and dropped calls. We cut out the middle men & send the traffic directly to the LECs. We have over 75 million minutes monthly we send to multiple LEC's, which allows for top notch call quality and very few dropped calls. With our strategic partnerships and for this direct traffic, the LECs pay us fractions of a penny per minute and we SHARE this with you! 50,000 minimum minutes monthly Conclusion Our own Private Cloud solutions combined with top Public Cloud providers allow us to offer some of the most reliable, secure and reasonably priced voice services available.
