Prior to the 2008 recession, it was relatively easy for grads to get jobs. But then 8,000,000 people were let go and a hiring slowdown has resulted in nearly 80 percent of graduates from the classes of 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 graduating from college without jobs. Many of the laid-off workers and grads are still competing for the roughly 150,000 positions filled each month. So with that much competition, are you prepared for your job search?
