June 26, 2014 - Lille POSTER SESSION INFORMATION The 1 st ONCOLille Symposium on Tumor Dormancy will be held in the Congress Room located at the Pôle Recherche de la Faculté Henri Warembourg, 1 Place de Verdun, 59045 Lille. A poster session will be organized during the symposium. Posters will be put up on the walls at the Atrium, a hall located near the Congress Room, which is where the coffee and lunch breaks will take place. Abstract selection, notification and publication To apply for this poster session, the completed Poster Abstract Form has to be sent before March 31, 2014, by email to celine.coutte@chru-lille.fr. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium. A limited number of poster abstracts will be selected; the corresponding authors will be notified via email regarding acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by April 14, 2014. Accepted posters will be added to the symposium booklet. The corresponding author will have the possibility to participate in the poster contest organized the day of the meeting. The corresponding author of the best oral and poster presentation will be awarded a prize at the end of the congress. Poster specifications If your abstract is selected for a poster presentation, it must fit on a portrait-style poster board measuring around 3 feet (1 m) wide.
