We know it s not easy to change banks, that s why we developed this simple switch kit to help you stay organized and give you the tools to communicate your change to your vendors and clients. Welcome to the Century Bank family. 1. Open a Century Bank Account We have many convenient options to assist you when opening your account and switching from your previous financial institution: Contact any of our Personal Bankers Come in to any Century Bank location Visit us at Call our Contact Center at Create a checklist of your electronic transactions To ensure you notify all vendors who may pay or collect from you electronically. 3. Visit with one of our Treasury Management/Business Development Officers for Treasury Management Services. We have many Treasury Management tools designed to help you process your payroll, deposit checks from your desk, prevent fraud and manage your day to day information electronically. 4. Change online and recurring electronic credits and debits Use our notification forms to inform your vendors that you have changed banks. 5. Close your old account Once you confirm all the checks and payments have cleared your old account, complete the enclosed Request to Close form and send to your former bank. If you still have funds remaining in your old account, your former bank can send you a check or wire the money directly to your new Century Bank Account.

Fill out this form and give it to one of our Personal Bankers, visit one of our local Century Bank locations, or call for further assistance. We ll take it from there. It s that simple! 5 Change Direct Deposits Once your Century Bank account is open, you are ready to change your Direct Deposit information. Use this form to notify your employer or any other entity that direct deposits to your account. Make as many copies as you need. 6 Change Automatic Payments Once your Century Bank account is open, you are ready to change your Direct Deposit information. Use this form to notify your employer or any other entity that direct deposits to your account. Make as many copies as you need. Once you confirm that all your checks and payments have cleared your old account and your direct deposits have posted to your new Century Bank account, you can request to have your old account be closed. Use this form to notify your former bank. If funds remain in your old account, you can request your old bank to send you a check or wire the money directly to your new Century Bank account.
