1.1 Logging In Once you have obtained a Username and Password, go to http://providers.rmhp.org and click the Log In link. At the login page, enter your Username (or Email Address) and Password (See Figure 1-1). Figure 1-1 1.2 Change My Password Once you login, you are able to change your password. Click on My Account and Change My Password. Your password must be at least 6 characters long (See Figure 1-2). Figure 1-2
2.0 General Information The Upload Files and Download Reports Interface was created in order to meet the demand for a more convenient and efficient EDI file submittal and report retrieval process. Claims must still be batched in the proper format before transmitting to RMHP. For further information, please use the appropriate RMHP Companion Guide that corresponds to the ANSI X12 transaction you wish to transmit. If you do not have the RMHP Companion Guides, please contact an RMHP EDI Representative at one of the EDI Help Line numbers below for further information. 2.1 Accessing Upload Files Access to the Upload Files section requires setup by a Rocky Mountain Health Plans EDI representative. If you do not have access to Upload Files, please contact the EDI Help Line at: Front Range 800-311-5269 Western Slope 970-244-7893 2.2 Using Upload Files Click on Upload Files, then select the Upload Files link (See Figure 2-1). Browse for the file you wish to upload by clicking the Browse button. You will need to know where on your system your file is located that you wish to upload. If you do not know this information, contact your software vendor for assistance. Once you ve selected the file, click on the Upload button (See Figure 2-2). Figure 2-2 Once the file has been uploaded, you will be presented with a confirmation page. This page confirms that we have received a file for processing. It does not include any information regarding claims payment, file format validation, or any other X12 formatted response (See Figure 2-3). Figure 2-3
2.3 My Upload History Click on Upload Files, then select the My Upload History link. This page will track each file you have uploaded to us using this website. You may also change the span of time in which the files are listed by entering a date and clicking Update (See Figure 2-4). 3.2 Using Download Reports Click on Download Reports, then select the type of report or file that you wish to download (See Figure 3-1). Figure 3-1 If you have reports/files waiting for you in each particular section, you will get a listing with an option to View or Download each file (See Figure 3-2). Reports/files are kept online and available for 2 weeks. After that time they are archived. Should you need access to an old report please contact the EDI Help Line. Figure 3-2
If you do not currently have reports waiting for you in each particular section, you will receive a No Files Online message (See Figure 3-3). Figure 3-3 4.1 Logging Out & General Security At any time, you may log out of the system by clicking the Logout link in the upper right hand corner of the screen (See Figure 4-1). This security measure will ensure that no other users will access the system under your account. Figure 4-1 Additionally, you may be asked to login again if you remain idle for more than 15 minutes at a time. This also helps to ensure that your account is protected. If at any time you forget your password, you may have your password e-mailed directly to you. At the login screen, click on the Have your password emailed to you link (See Figure 4-2). Type your e-mail address and click Submit. You should receive a response within 2 5 minutes. Figure 4-2
