Local Agency Force Account BOH-IM 2013-04 Construction Oversight of Local Agency Force Account Essentially the original 1120 stays in the Project Files, maintained by the Local Agency. Local Agency must maintain original 1120 for auditing purposes. Copies of 1120 distributed per the BOH-IM
