Case Study: Online Marketing of Jewelry Products using MS.Net A US-based B2C firm in jewelry industry wanted to market its jewelry products to increase the sale of items as well as diamonds. The old system of jewelry selling was obsolete. There was no proper online way of shopping such jewelry items. There was no site through which the client could market its products and increase sales. To help improve the clients selling for items as well as for diamond, Rigel has implemented more affiliate marketing programs with Google, Bing, Amazon and Link Share. For all this marketing a data feed file was generated. For Amazon marketing Rigel has involved with feed discussion, analysis and implementation from Amazon. We converted b2c jewels items to Amazon items, means now b2c items were re-defined according to Amazon items like item size unit, diamond carat weight unit, description words, search words etc. We also generated B2C exclusive diamonds certification from html page to jpg image. We implemented solution, such that, customers can have their discount on the checkout. These promo codes are distributed to the registered customers through email. It allows user to download on daily basis on predefined time. Similarly other marketing programs were implemented for the client. We used SQL Server 2008, Jquery, Javascript, HTML, and AJAX, Google checkout, FedEx, ABC.PDF 6, Image Magick, and.net Framework 3.5,.Net Web Services etc. technologies for this project. Client achieved more revenue from Amazon item selling. Client has now its own certification in the market to sell b2c exclusive diamonds. A large variety of services and products are now available online. A large customer base for the client. Now, the client s customer also happy with the promo code and saving their money. Case Study: Customized CRM built to ease Operational Management One of our U.S. based clients from Healthcare industry was using obsolete technology for their organization. Due to primordial technology it has many limitations like web access mobility, digital signature, photo capture integration. MS Access (As Database) was not sufficient to store the data as per the requirement and the application was not having the features like digital signature of the patient, web access, photo capture integration. Due to obsolete technology all the patients have to come to the office and have to fulfill the form formalities which was the major challenge for the organization, because it is not feasible for all the patients to come to the hospital. For online meeting they wanted us to build an application for ipad and web application. The application provided all the web-based administration tools required to eliminate the headaches of preparing and managing important meetings. Designed especially for the Apple ipad, the app enabled users to browse their meeting schedule, agenda, associated documents and the ability to annotate these with unparalleled ease and security. The meeting organizers can then delete these documents and all meeting content at a set time and date. We used Windows Azure cloud based platform to build this application. Pre-meeting document sharing. Review and Preview of the document with specific rights. Reference document sharing. Sync with e-mail. Pdf editing feature. We used Chilkat for encryption, iannotate API for annotating the meeting documents, Kal Library for calendar as IOS does not have a native calendar control in development, ASIHTTP Request for downloading files in an asynchronous manner, AES and RSA Type for Encryption as 3rd party tool, MS.Net 4.0, SQL Server 2008 for data manipulation, AJAX, Entity Model, C#.Net and Telerik as technologies for this project. www.rigelnetworks.com

As the data is encrypted no one can access it from outside or misuse it. User friendly interface and document annotation tools. Document editing (pdf editing) option will help the invitee to share their feedbacks and send it back to the host. Self-destruction feature will destroy all the invitee s data after the meeting gets end. E-mail sync this feature helps the client to see multiple meeting with one log-in. Reference Document Sharing apart from specific documents which were sent to the client, they can have generic document sharing in the meeting which can be accessed by all the users. Invitee Management host can send specific documents to specific invitee with eligible rights. The application requires zero hardware or expensive server based infrastructure on customer premise.
