Sustained business strength through partnership. Critical Spares Management Sourcing products outside of your existing supply contracts by deploying our critical spare parts management service provides fast and accurate responses to your critical spares needs. Developed through years of experience in time-sensitive aerospace sectors, our teams can provide an efficient service to complement your daily ad hoc requirements. Our proven spare parts management service frequently replaces our competitors contracts by measurable competitiveness and flexible/dynamic service provision. STAG Group offers a single point interface for critical spare parts management covering a comprehensive range of aerospace and defence products for prompt and reliable performance. Our planned procurement programme and stock requirement forecasting system offers: On-demand parts supply to meet day to day scheduled requirements Parts sourcing solutions How you benefit through working with STAG Group Shared resources, enhanced control and management visibility Improve your service offering Increase your product knowledge and availability of parts Optimise your time, money and resources Reduce inventory and supplier base Contract Solutions Every client is different. Whether by the portfolio of parts used, an MRP system, market position or service provision, there is not one solution that fits all. STAG Group has for over twenty five years gained, retained and grown our parts supply business. We tailor our contract solutions to ensure best possible fit to your complete requirements. Starting with your ideal contract solution, evolving towards a sustainable model whilst maintaining flexibility we add significant value throughout the supply chain. Distribution Our distribution capability means customers have immediate access to over 250,000 product lines, all certified and available worldwide. All distribution products are properly supported by factory trained specialists. We take pride in our technical support and are happy to devote time on specialised projects to ensure you receive local support for your existing developments. All distribution products are carefully profiled for the existing market with special attention to customer requirements. Direct Line Feed With Direct Line parts feed we place the right quantity of products exactly where you need them and when you need them. Allowing you to concentrate on your core business activities yields measurable efficiency gains and significant cost reductions. Removing the complexity of your supply chain and frees you to concentrate on what you do best. Our proven experience in managing direct line feed services and providing tailored solutions has allowed our customers to remove non value-added activities such as purchasing negotiation, goods-in, quality inspection, stock holding and material handling thus vastly simplifying operations. The evolution of Direct Line Feed (DLF) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems has already transformed supply chains in aviation and defence. We scale our DLF and VMI capabilities to precisely match customer needs via our flexible information systems, strategic purchasing and supply locations worldwide. Our mission result is a customised supply process direct to your build line facilities and satellite/ sub-contractor locations.

Informed procurement decisions through market intelligence. RFID and Kanban Live The introduction of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) takes the Kanban supply solution to a new performance level. This innovation enables the bin to indicate whenever the reserve chamber is being consumed. Bins no longer need to be individually examined to establish requirements for replenishment. When the bin separator is moved to access the second batch of components, an RFID tag is exposed, indicating that replenishment is required. These exposed flags are then scanned and data uploaded to KanBanLive for action analysis. We can also optionally install RFID systems and integrate them into existing customer dispensing racks or carousels subject to individual site analysis. For more information please visit www.stag-aerospace.com/services/rfid-kanban Obsolescence Solutions Product obsolescence is a major cost driver and can severely impact equipment availability at any phase during the equipment procurement process. Identifying obsolescence risk as early as possible is the key to ensuring the widest range of potential solutions can be considered whilst simultaneously reducing total acquisition cost. Obsolescence is an increasing trend attracting financial and availability penalties to all programme types. Risks to equipment will continue to require careful and appropriately scaled management to reduce total through life costs. Continued use by operators of existing and proven platforms with airframes upgraded with next generation avionics and retro-refit engine upgrade programmes has greatly extended the service life of many key aircraft platforms - in both commercial and military service worldwide. Well documented examples being the Boeing 707 and the C-160 Transall. Kitting Our kitting services are built upon years of practical experience. Whatever the components and wherever the location, we can provide a full solution. All kit elements are fully traceable and range from simple bagging to highly advanced recycled kit boxes for fast line side support. All our kitting solutions comprise preprepared kits of parts to suit your MRP and production build programmes, standard overhaul and repair schemes. Kits are assembled from stock and delivered to manufacturing/maintenance site for final assembly; labelled, vacuum sealed and to your specification. This reduces your ordering, administration, picking, turnaround time (ToT), stockholding and assembly time thus measurably increasing overall efficiency and productivity. For more information please visit www.stag-aerospace.com/services/kitting On-site Services Fast response is critical for frontline operations. To this end we provide bespoke on-site implant services. For many years STAG Group has been creating infrastructure support, providing the right people to work with you and supporting your day to day product demands that meet your in-house service levels. Our experienced staff generate enormous time savings and cost benefits vital for maximum efficiency gains.
