Accounting : Directed installation and implementation of on-line computerized accounting system (Oracle GL). Provided periodic reports to Bank of Thailand and Bank s management on the Bank s operations and performance. Payments and Settlements : Implemented fund transfer systems to provide a more efficient cash management service to customers, specifically the Bahtnet and Media Clearing systems initiated by the Bank of Thailand. Provided timely cash delivery service to branches and reduced delivery costs. Increased the number of ATMholding clients through promotions and maximize ATM utilization through their relocation. General Facilities Administration : Responsible for the maintenance and security of the Headquarters, satellite and branch buildings; set policy and guidelines for the maintenance and the safety of branch offices. Responsible for provision of general services at Headquarters and satellite buildings.

Planned and implemented the maintenance and upgrading of the Bank s hardware and software, at the head office as well as at the branch offices. Planning and Budgeting : Responsible for the Bank s planning and budgeting. Monitored Bank s performance and reported to the management. Led Bank s counterpart team during due diligence exercises. Assets Appraisal : Responsible for the independent appraisal of collaterals pledged by loan customers and the inventory of the Bank s fixed assets. Business Research and Products Development : Responsible for business sector research, proposals for improvement of the bank s existing products and introduction of new products. Training and Development : Planned and implemented the Bank s training and development activities, such as management development programs for branch managers, customer service improvement training programs for branch personnel, marketing and analysis of loans for loans officers and marketing of bank s products for other staff. Human Resource Management: Introduced innovative recruitment procedures to obtain the best available personnel; improved pay and fringe benefits to maintain current and attract prospective staff; led the Bank s team in negotiating with the union and guided relation with the union; directed other employee relations activities. Quality Improvement: Initiated the Bank s drive on and guided the direction of quality improvement programs such as QC circles, 5 S s, suggestion system, and quality branch.
