1. What is ClickView Digital Signage? ClickView Digital Signage is a simple digital signage solution for schools. ClickView Digital Signage allows you to display and stream digital signs that can consist of both images and videos onto a nearby TV or computer screen. You can easily and quickly upload your own images or directly drag and drop existing ClickView videos from your Workspace. 2. Where do I find ClickView Digital Signage? ClickView Digital Signage can be accessed on your ClickView Online account. 2.1. To find ClickView Digital Signage 1) Go to https://online.clickview.co.uk 2) Login with your ClickView Online username and password 3) Click on the Signage tab, located within the top menu bar 3

3. How do I create a digital sign? 3.1. To create a new digital sign on ClickView Digital Signage 1) Once you are in the Signage section, simply click on the Create New button. To name your digital sign Before you start adding videos and images on your sign, please enter the name of your Digital Sign 3.3. To upload an image 1) Click on the Image tab, then the Browse button, and select the image and press Open. 2) You can also drag and drop any image directly from your own resource panel on the Start adding content space. 3) Once the image has been added, it will appear in the Uploaded images section on the bottom left. 4

To add an image to your sign 1) To add an image to your signage layout, simply drag the thumbnail to the centre of your screen by holding the left button of your mouse. 2) You can repeat this process as many times as you wish 3) To change the order of the images, simply click an image that you wish to move and drag it by holding the left button of your mouse. To add a caption to the image 1) To add a caption to the image, click on the Add caption link located at the bottom of right hand corner of the image box. 2) Type a short caption and press Save 5

Insert your caption here 3.6. To remove an image Simply click on the bin icon, located at the top right hand corner. 3.7. To add a video Click on the Workspace tab, drag the video thumbnail to drop it in your signage layout. 6

To add a description or change the display time 1) Click on Show advanced options link under your Digital Sign Details 2) In this section, you can add a short description of your digital sign and also change the Image display time simply enter a new value and press Save 3.9. Save your digital sign 1) Once you are done with your layout design, click on Save button 2) You should now have your digital sign ready to be displayed through ClickView Online 4. How do I edit or delete my digital sign? 4.1. To edit your digital sign 1) You can now go back on the Signage tab and see all the digital signs you have created and saved so far. 2) To edit your digital sign, press edit next to the thumbnail image to edit your digital sign at any time. 3) To delete your digital sign, simply click the delete link. 7

5. How do I display my digital sign? 5.1. To launch your digital sign Click the Launch button to launch or view your digital sign on the current screen. 5.2. To generate the Signage URL for your digital sign Click the Signage URL button to generate a link that will allow you to display the digital sign. 5.3. To display your digital sign using the Signage URL Simply type the generated link onto a built-in web browser to play your digital sign on a TV, screen or device. 8
