President s Message Dear Members, 2011 saw a stagnant economy try to gain traction. Your Credit Union contributed to the local economy by once again making more loans than ever before. Day Air had a very successful year thanks to members like you who look to the Credit Union for solutions to all your financial needs. As a locally based, community oriented organization, all decisions are made here in the Miami Valley and everyone at the Credit Union is active in our community. Credit Union staff is busy preparing for a major systems upgrade that will allow for greater efficiencies and better service. After extensive evaluation of options, a core processing system conversion is planned for the weekend of March 24. Hardware upgrades, systems changes, and extensive staff training will enable us to bring you even greater service improvements in the future.
