1. Booth Construction and Dismounting Time Schedule, Delivery 1.a) Assembly : Is from Thursday to Saturday, January 15th -17th, 2015, from 9:00 to 22:00, and on Sunday, January 18th, from 9:00 to 16:00, when all building work have to be completed. Merchandising work will be tolerated until 22:00. Access is only granted with a valid assembly-pass. Assemblypasses must be downloaded and printed in your personal BRIGHT account: http://brighttradeshow.com/en/extranet/login.html If you havn t received a password yet, please contact therefore Ania: cieszko@brighttradeshow.com (If you have lost or forgotten your password, it can be retrieved with your registred email address under the forgot your password link) 1.b) Dismounting : is on Wednesday, January 21st 2015 from 17:00 to 24:00 and on Thursday, January 22nd 2015, from 10:00 to 18:00. Dismounting on Wednesday before 17:00 will not be tolerated, we have to give our clients the chance to see the booth until the show ends. 1.c) Logistics : Vehicle access will be through Brunnenstrasse 19-21, 10119 Berlin. Since the delivery access will be severely limited, we will have to plan the vehicle-access schedules. Please give us your arriving date AND time, and we will try to satisfy your wishes. Max. van size allowed : max. 7,5t and only with a loading panel!!!! 2. Construction Regulations 2.a) Booth Handover : Headliner for the event: Spaces have to be left, like you received them The booth will be numbered individually and handed over clean and swept. Each stand has sufficient lighting on the ceiling. Every booth comes with one Schuko 16 ampere electricity plug. Should this capacity not be enough for your booth need, Bright can provide heavy current at an additional charge of 150. For request contact Ania: cieszko@brighttradeshow.com 2.b) Painting : Under no circumstances painting-jobs on the walls of the building will be allowed. You re only allowed to do paint jobs on your own DIY Booth Walls. Walls, ceilings and floors have to be left in original condition as received. This also means, build in floors have to be removed after the show. It is strictly not allowed to throw away the paint and varnish into the toilets as well as it is not allowed to clean painting instruments in the basin. Paint and varnish leftovers have to be disposed by the exhibitor. 2.c) Built-in fitments and Fire Regulations : Drilling into walls, floors and ceiling is strictly forbidden! All the Build-in Components must fulfill the DIN 4102-1 Norm and be at least B 1 flame retardant. The exhibitor must own a certificate, if the exhibitor cannot provide this and the Fire Inspector will decide to close the booth, the exhibitor will carry all the eventually caused cost. 2.d) Booth Setup : It is compulsory to submit a booth concept and blueprint for approval. This is to avoid any misunderstanding and irregularities in booth build out ahead of the show. Plans have to be submitted before December 15th, 2014 per email to Marco: aslim@brighttradeshow.com Bright Tradeshow has the right to deny any inappropriate booth setup and force Exhibitor to change booth setup before the opening day of the show. The leaseholder does not take responsability for the irregularities of measurement on blueprints. Walls to the neighbour booth MUST be build. You can also build front walls. Every wall can not exceed 1,60m in height. Backwalls, which are adjacent to the walls of the location, can be build up to 3,00m. This is also applicable to the pillars included within the booth space. This is only possible on the yellow marked areas. For all other areas the back walls can not exceed 1,60m in height. The same applies to fixtures and installations.

Furthermore, all booths adjacent to the windows (Highlighted in blue) have to build a backwall of 1,80m. It is also possible to rent walls through us. Orders must be placed with Marco before December 15th, 2014. Marco Aslim: aslim@brighttradeshow.com Build outs adjacent to the handrail on the 2nd floor gallery cannot exceed 0,95m The spaces must be returned clean and swept. Any damages left behind will result in repairing charges. 2.e) Disposing Garbage : During the Construction time: During the construction period, trash containers (0.5 cbm) are available at the production s office. The disposal of its content will be charged at 25 in cash or per invoice after the show. For the disposal of Toxic Waste the exhibitor will have to make its own arrangement. During the dismounting days, there will not be any garbage-container The booth-installations have to be disposed on your own.

3. Operation Time, Delivery and Vandalism Responsibilities 3.a) Operation Time : Opening Hours are on Monday and Tuesday 10:00 18:00, on Wednesday 10:00 17:00. The Exhibitors obligate oneself to have enough staff on the booth during the opening hours. The Exhibitor Staff will be granted access to the Show starting at 09:00 with their personal entrance ticket. Due of insurance compliance the building has to be empty by 19:00. It is strictly forbiden to prepare and distribute food on your booth. All beverages from the brand Frizz Cola and affilated are stricly forbiden within the show. Service: Your order will be delivered cooled daily on your booth. Ordering deadline: 15.12.2014 per email with Ania: cieszko@brighttradeshow.com Disposal of Garbage: After every Tradeshow day please leave your Bag with Garbage in front of your booth. It will be disposed by our staff. We ask you to keep the alcohol abuse to a minimum. We also demand that you respect drinking min. age The music will be over a house build-in audio system. It s forbidden to have individual sound system on the booth. Smoking in general is not allowed. 3.b) Goods Delivery : Deliveries can be made starting from the 12.01.2015 at the following address: BRIGHT Tradeshow att. OFFICE (Your companyname/boothnumber) Brunnenstr. 19 21 10119 Berlin-Mitte Germany Important: Please mark every single box, so that we can assign it to it s recepient. This means Name, Company and Boothnumber. Boxes will be stored by us free of charge, please contact the Bright Office for Pick Up. Large deliveries (up to 1,80m high) must be delivered on Europalettes (Europalette: 1,20m x 0,80m). Please note that bulk deliveries have to be arranged and accepted either by yourself or by your booth builder. We do not accept bulk deliveries on behalf of exhibitors. We will not accept beverage deliveries on your behalf due to very limited storage space. Please coordinate all such deliveries with your booth builder or your staff. During the trade show periode, drinks deliveries are only allowed before or after the show s opening hours. (9-10:00 and 18-19:00) Outside of these hours, delivery will be refused.

3.c) Vandalism Responsibilities : Sticker and Posters are forbidden in the whole building. Since we will have to carry the costs for removal, we will, if traceable charge the causer. We would appreciate your understanding and will hope for your sanity. The Organizer will take no responsibilities for self-inflicted damages The Organizer will take no responsibilities for any theft on the Show. The Building is under permanent surveillance. From 19:00 to 9:00 the only one in the Building will be the cleaning Service and the Security Service. The Critical Period at Tradeshows is always at the beginning and the end of the day. Please make sure during this time to not leave your booth unattended. It may also help to cover your goods and to tape the entrance.

4. Dismounting Regulations Dismounting times are on 21.01.2015 from 17:00 to 24:00 and 22.01.2015 from 10:00 to 18:00. Pick Up Service can pick up no later than Friday, 23.01.2015 before 18:00. After that the Kaufhaus won t be accessible for nobody, not even us! Please keep your booth on the last day functional until 17:00. The Security Team is also instructed to not let anybody leave with goods or booth installations before 17:00. THANK YOU FOR your COOPERATION
