Overview The New Office, Inc. is one of the first NetSuite partners to successfully launch a SuiteCommerce Advanced web store with customized integration methods. Insperity, a $. billion company that provides human resource and business solutions, approached The New Office to build an enterprise-level ecommerce site to sell Insperity s software products and services. The site needed to create a unified shopping experience while catering to a variety of existing back office systems and operations across multiple subsidiaries. . Single customer experience shopping across multiple subsidiaries Insperity customers are now able to purchase products and services through a single shopping experience, regardless of the subsidiary that provides these products or services. Customers can now add products and services to a single shopping cart from multiple subsidiaries. All orders go into an ecommerce subsidiary, and then through automated scripts and workflows, sales orders are automatically split up and replicated down to the individual subsidiaries where the products and services can be fulfilled. Fulfillments and credits automatically synchronize between the ABU subsidiary and the ecommerce subsidiary so that customers can view all of their account activity through the My Account area of SuiteCommerce Advanced. The SuiteCommerce Advanced project consolidated three different existing web store technologies (OSCommerce, McAfee and NetSuite Site Builder) into a single store, eliminating the need for complex integrations from thirdparty ecommerce applications to NetSuite. . Oracle Fatwire Integration To leverage its significant investment in Oracle Fatwire CMS, Insperity wanted to continue using the CMS to maintain their corporate marketing website and product pages. Custom SuiteScript Server Page (SSP) Applications using SuiteCommerce Advanced technology were created to provide seamless, real-time integration between the Fatwire site and the SuiteCommerce Advanced shopping cart. Utilizing AJAX, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jquery, the two sites are now integrated. This results in NetSuite delivering all of the information needed for Fatwire to display and render information about products and services for sale. NetSuite also displays SuiteCommerce Advanced add-to-cart and confirmation modals as well as the mini cart, all directly from the Fatwire site. Given that SuiteCommerce Advanced allows for pixelperfect site layout and design, the technology gives the customers a shopping experience as if they are shopping from a single site with the branding continuity Insperity desired. 6

3. Box and downloadable software activation NetSuite is now integrated into Insperity s back office APIs that automatically generate activation and unlock codes for the various software boxes and downloadable products sold using SuiteCommerce Advanced. When orders are placed through the web store, NetSuite communicates with these back office APIs to obtain codes in real-time and displays the codes on the confirmation page. The codes are stored in custom product registration records in NetSuite which are tied to the sales order. For downloadable products such as OrgPlus and ExpensAble, the user can download the product immediately after checkout. Thank you for your purchase! 4. SaaS software integration The Insperity SuiteCommerce Advanced store was also customized to sell Insperity SaaS products, such as ExpensAble. When users click the Buy Now button in ExpensAble, they are redirected to the SuiteCommerce Advanced site where they can configure their license options and complete their purchase. Then, Muv is used integrate NetSuite with the ExpensAble system to deliver the license information back to ExpensAble upon completion of checkout. 5. New Product and Upgrade Configurators Configurators (custom add-to-cart modals) were created to allow users to easily choose their software options by answering a series of questions. The configurators automatically select the correct items in NetSuite and add them to the cart. This allows users to easily identify the item they want to purchase, instead of having to sift through thousands of items in the NetSuite catalog. The most complicated configurator we created was the OrgPlus Upgrade Configurator, which allows customers to select their previous version, new version, edition of upgrade, box count quantity, and then training and support options. There are different choices available based on the upgrade path purchased. New logic in the Configurators ensure customers can only choose applicable items based on the country they are from. For instance, customers in the U.S. can purchase training and have the media kit shipped to them, customers in Canada can purchase training but not have the media kit shipped to them, and customers outside of Canada and U.S. can t purchase training or the media kit. Prior to the Configurators, many orders required Insperity s manual intervention to cancel and/or refund orders. Location selector Options changed based on location 9

6. Download Center The My Account section of SuiteCommerce Advanced was enhanced to display a Download Center, which is not native to NetSuite. This fully customized addition allows the user to obtain activation and unlock codes for any product purchased, as well as a link to re-download the product at any time. Prior to this project, there was no central repository for customers to access unlock codes and product details, and customers had to directly contact Insperity for that information. Now, all of this vital information is available in a Download Center customized to meet Insperity s functional and design standards. 7. Customized Shipping Items Shipping options were customized during checkout to display appropriate shipping options for the packaged items in the cart. For example, in the following cart, the shipping option the user chooses only applies to the Performance Now item, while ExpensAble Office is available for download on the confirmation page and in the Download Center. 8. Webstore redirect A redirect from OrgPlus.com to store.insperity.com was implemented to ensure all transactions take place in one central location. This became imperative once it was identified that nearly all OrgPlus sales were sold on OrgPlus.com, not on insperity.com.

9. Customized integration method Using Muv, a custom integration method was established to provide ExpensAble transactional and entity records to Expense Management in an XML format that can be easily grabbed and exported seamlessly into their existing back office applications. This ensures that Expense Management captures all pertinent information in a timely manner, resulting in no/immaterial delay in any current business processes. MUV XML 3
