In order to work at this level NMC requirement for advanced practice must be met. Key duties and respsibilities - Clinical practice 1. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventis and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis 2. Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly 3. Assess, diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate interventis/treatments for patients with complex needs. 4. Proactively identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for patients at risk of developing a lg-term cditi (as appropriate) 5. Diagnose and manage both acute and chric cditis, integrating both drug- and n-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan 6. Prescribe and review medicati for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and natial and practice protocols, and within scope of practice 7. Undertake home visits for acute illness and chric disease management. 8.
