PV projects by Bosch. Because quality pays off. For sure. Solar Power Plants
Bosch Solar Energy AG develops and realizes top-quality turnkey solar power plants worldwide. Solar power plant in Ronneburg, Germany Project development Bosch Solar Energy works both nationally and internationally to develop land suitable for the installation of solar power plants. Key factors in identifying land are sunlight levels, infrastructure and grid feed-in connections.
Planning & Development Using innovative technologies, Bosch Solar Energy plans all the land use options on the basis of output and economic efficiency calculations and generates an overall technical design for all system components. Construction & Installation Bosch Solar Energy builds solar power plants. Where appropriate, Bosch works with renowned and tested companies who meet its stringent requirements for quality and precision. Operating control & Monitoring Bosch Solar Energy works closely with Bosch Communications on remote surveillance. This allows customers to take rapid, targeted and, above all, coordinated steps to protect their personnel and technology in case of breakdown or safety issues. Bosch Communications also monitors the output of the entire Bosch solar power plant around the clock to ensure high performance. Safety & Guarantee from a single source Bosch guarantee Bosch Solar Energy AG guarantees the quality and performance of the entire solar power plant. We work with renowned institutions, that check Bosch solar power plants from construction onwards. With completion of the plant, a report is prepared to cover: Evaluation of operational data Non-destructive testing (crack detection, microstructure etc.) Fracture mechanical evaluation of defects Assessment of service life Evaluation of corrosion Financing & Insurance Bosch Solar Energy AG works closely with well-known banks and financial institutions. Bosch would be pleased to support you in financing and insuring your new solar power plant. Maintenance & support are part of Bosch Solar Energy AG s high quality standards.
Components & technologies The Bosch Solar Energy portfolio now also includes innovative mounting systems powered by Rexroth and therefore offers from highly efficient solar cells and modules over the base frame right up to the turnkey solar power plants all from a single source. Thanks to these ideally matched components efficient processes with fully developed technology and maximum cost effectiveness are guaranteed. The Rack Slide can be used for both framed and unframed modules, this allows it to be flexibly used for outdoor and rooftop projects, allows high installation security and guarantees maximum stability. The simple sliding in of the modules in the Rack Slide profiles with few individual components ensures efficient installation times, optimized material requirements and an exact positioning. Bosch Solar Rack Slide allows a secure mounting of the modules at twice the previous speed. Bosch Solar Rack Slide
Modules In addition to crystalline and micromorph solar modules made in-house, Bosch Solar Energy also uses crystalline technology from aleo solar GmbH and CIS technology from Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH. Security Systems Bosch Solar Energy ensures its solar power plants are as safe as possible by employing Bosch Security Systems technology. Individual security solutions are created depending on the size, type and infrastructure of the plant. Solutions could include lasers, video surveillance systems or trip wires. Inverters Bosch Solar Energy checks which particular inversion technology is required and will only use inverter manufacturers with a worldclass reputation. When selecting manufacturers and their products, Bosch Solar Energy AG always focuses on references, quality and certification. Reference Projects Bosch Solar Energy AG On behalf of private and institutional investors, Bosch Solar Energy develops sites all over the world which have the potential to house solar power installations. Bosch Solar Energy takes care of the planning of all possible options for outdoor, roof and facade systems with innovative technologies based on calculations of yield and profitability, and is responsible for the overall technical design and dimensioning of all system components. A turnkey solar power plant from Bosch Bosch solar power plants consist of a complete solution from a single source, including everything from Bosch s own solar modules and mounting systems to the installation of a complete solar park. Twenty-five people can on average install up to 5 000 thin-film modules per day, with a realistic breakage rate of 0.05 percent. Optimum quality management We carry out comprehensive quality control on our Bosch solar power systems at all stages, from planning and initial operation right to operational management. Quality testing is supported by optional certification through organizations like the Fraunhofer Institute. Financial security By using components exclusively from Bosch, your entire project can be implemented flexibly and efficiently while taking local circumstances into consideration. Bosch is also in a strong financial position and has exceptional credit ratings.
