OVERVIEW MMS 6850 is Online Data Processing Software for steady state and transient machinery operation conditions. It represents very powerful tool for visualisation, data storing and evaluation of data from Machine Monitoring System MMS 6000. This data are transferred directly from MMS 6000 modules to PC via MMS 6855 R software. The software provides condition monitoring, early fault detection and predictive maintenance using all recognized methods (orbits, Bode, Nyquist, waterfalls, order analysis, FFT etc.) The modular design of the software allows optimized solutions. The software is user-friendly on MS Windows platform and uses standard hardware (No special components needed). Open System The database engine of the MMS6850 uses the SQL and ODBC standards. It makes the system open and gives possibility to send and receive information to and from other systems. The system MMS 6850 meets all necessary requirements for network operation. Several users can work with one database simultaneously and one user can enter several databases at the same time. The database engine of MMS 6850 contains the function for creating new databases, data storing and data restoring from backups. Data compression without loss of information (event oriented data compression). Easy operation The software MMS 6850 uses the current software technology and standards of MS Windows. The program handling is intuitive and the user s training is not very time consuming. The software MMS 6850 uses drag and drop functions at all levels in the database to simplify creation, copying and moving of information. To the database is possibile inserting pictures, photos and graphs. Modular construction of the system The following software modules are available: MMS 6850 DM (Data Manager) Is the OPC client; witch is core of MMS 6850 system. It provides transfer and managing of data from protection system MMS 6000 units via Requester (OPC Server) software into the database (MS SQL Server) and provides data for on-line visualization with help of MMS 6850 DataViewer. The data manager includes the fast short time ring memories, in which are data with maximum sampling period. MMS 6580 DV (Data Viewer) is an application for on-line visualisation of characteristic values on LAN computers connected to MMS 6850 DM. Static data, time signals, orbits and order analysis can be displayed. MMS 6850 DS (Diagnostic System) represents a very powerful diagnostic tool for evaluation, visualisation and handling of stored vibration and process data MMS 6850 DS-V (Diagnostic System- Viewer) Special version of MMS6850DS,with all possibilities of visualization like in MMS6850, only without administration function of database and system.(user can not change the structure of the database and data content, create and change the Viewscreens, Schemas) Recommendation for visualization of data on other PCs in the computer network.. 4/7
