Training Experience & Capabilities provides a full array of maintenance and operational training for each of the vehicles it manufactures. We have a dedicated customer training center located near our corporate headquarters in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In addition, we provide mobile training teams who conduct training at customer locations around the globe. We have developed, fielded and implemented training packages & training materials which have trained over 12,500 military personnel at locations around the world over the last 5 years. Training Conducted Globally To help maximize impact and minimize the time needed for operator and maintainer training needed for our vehicles; has developed a blended approach to the training environment. This approach encompasses the typical classroom and shop experiences with virtual task trainers, distance learning and a stepped systems methodology to training today s war fighter. This prepares them for advanced troubleshooting experiences they will encounter while training, using simulators, 3D models, and practical shop exercises working on live military vehicles. 3

Training Experience & Capabilities Professional Instruction for a Demanding Work Environment: Oshkosh Product Training provides instructors, instructions, and all related technical literature in support of the training for Government Personnel, Service Contractors, and Commercial Technicians. We accomplish this through the development of comprehensive professional technical training packages for military and commercial vehicles which includes instruction on operation/operator maintenance (OP) and field level maintenance (FLM), repair and troubleshooting of the system and subsystems: preventive and corrective maintenance procedures; external diagnostics and other tests as well as any custom courses per your needs. Our instructors are factory trained to know every system, anticipate every question, and get the operators and technicians ready for the demanding world of operating & maintaining heavy equipment in the demanding environments required by construction, military, airport fire and rescue, refuse and snow removal industries. 4

Training Experience & Capabilities The Modular Approach: The Product Training Center (PTC) takes a modular approach to training development. Complete modules are developed for each major system of a vehicle. As new products or vehicles are brought online, training modules that are carry over s from the previous model or system, need not be developed.saving the customer money and speeding the process to a final deliverable. This also aides in flexibility to create custom classes which the PTC is able to develop and Instruct at the customer s request. A sample of the modules already assembled and being taught to customers worldwide. Caterpillar C12, C13, C15, C16, C18.
