Page 2 of 5 REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS 10 MW Solar Farm Vega Baja, Puerto Rico Atlantic prepared a preliminary site plan of a 10 MW solar farm using background information from Google, local and state GIS and existing survey plans provided by the client. The ±40,000 panel layout took into account an existing stream channel running through the property, inverter locations, access roads, topography, shading and property line setbacks. Services provided included a preliminary calculation of estimated energy generation, using PVSYST photovoltaic software.

Page 3 of 5 EMI Dartmouth Solar Project Dartmouth, Massachusetts Atlantic performed pre-construction due diligence review services and construction review/inspection services on behalf of the lending agency for Phase 1 of a 6.7 MW ground mounted solar voltaic facility proposed off of Old Fall River Road in Dartmouth, MA. Phase 1 consists of 4.0 MW on 46 acres of undeveloped land. Services provided include technical review of solar panel specifications, performance projection and warranties, energy output projections, construction plans, designs and reports, permitting status, and net metering compliance. Slated for construction in the Spring of 2013, Atlantic is contracted to perform construction inspections to assess general compliance with construction plans and permit conditions as well as project completion percentages for contractor payment requisitions. Co-Generation Facility Stamford, Vermont As part of a co-generation renewable energy proposal in a 433 acre property in Stamford, Vermont, Atlantic performed initial site assessments and conceptual planning that involved both solar and wind energy facilities. Included was identifying and mapping site constraints such as access, topography, wetland areas and adjacent residential dwellings.

Page 4 of 5 Farmview Estates/Greenwood Meadows Sandwich, Massachusetts Survey and engineering services for the design and permitting of a 4.0 MW solar panel array proposed at the rear of a residential subdivision/apartment complex located on a 63 acre parcel of land in Sandwich, MA. After the Town of Sandwich passed a bylaw allowing, by special permit, large scale ground mounted solar photovoltaic installations, the developers of the Farmview Estates/Greenwood Meadows residential community proceeded with the 18 acre solar field project in conjunction with Ethos Distributed Energy out of Evergreen, Colorado. Permitting challenges include in depth environmental reviews by the State of Massachusetts under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA), and the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program as well and obtaining approval as a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) from the Cape Cod Commission, a county wide regional permitting authority. Atlantic's involvement in these permitting processes and the local Planning Board Special Permit process, consist of preparation of site plans, stormwater and erosion control design, site grading and balance of earthwork activities and delivery/maintenance access road design. In addition, Atlantic coordinated geotechnical activities and panel supporting rack foundation designs.

Page 5 of 5 Plymouth Village Realty Trust Properties Plymouth, Massachusetts Utilizing GIS mapping technology Atlantic conducted initial site analysis and prepared conceptual site plans for ground mounted solar panel arrays on multiple privately owned parcels of land in Plymouth, MA. The four parcels, comprised of 59 acres of undeveloped woodland, were mapped by the State of Massachusetts as potential habitat for rare and endangered species, limiting the amount of land disturbance allowed on the properties. Atlantic was able to balance this environmental constraint with the energy generating goals of the client and develop a site design/panel layout that optimized energy efficiency and preserved over 70% of land in a natural state.
