The Lansky Sound Team Adam Lansky is the co-founder and audio engineer/producer. For a decade, he has traveled coast to coast to create the best recordings in classical, hip-hop, progressive rock, folk, metal, and electronic. His field experience in independent film, theatre, television, live production and broadcast FM radio has earned him a reputation for capturing the best sound whether inside or outside of a traditional studio. Armed with an Associate in Arts degree from Florida State University and scores of music production certifications from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Phoenix, Adam moved to Little Rock to make new waves in sound. Ovation Music Academy partnered with Adam to develop and teach a recording and production curriculum. And, he was soon selected as an audio engineer for the Arkansas Hot Springs Music Festival and worked alongside Jamie Tagg to record some of the finest classical performers from around the world. Adam now works with internationally acclaimed conductor, Phillip Mann, to capture the vibrant sounds of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Adam s theatre engineering and sound design experience includes work for the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, San Diego Repertory Theatre, Sunshine Brooks Theatre, New Village Arts Theatre, and Star Theatre. Film credits include Darkan Entertainment, 1134 Films/Milkfarm, Knuckle City Films, Fifth Manor, Grey Sand Entertainment, and Focus One Entertainment. Adam also serves as producer for KABF 88.3 and is a member of the local Little Rock Band, QuadkilleR. Anna Makogonova is co-founder and business manager. Her extensive background in finance and management began in 1997 at Hendrix College, where she earned a Bachelor s degree in International Relations and Global Studies with an emphasis in Economics and later added a Master s degree in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Prior to founding Lansky Sound, she worked in finance and management for nonprofit organizations such as Women International for Peace and Freedom, Heifer International, and the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Beginning at the age of eight, Anna received intensive musical training in classical piano performance, music theory and history, and choir from the Khabarovsk Music Academy in Russia. She remains an avid supporter of music education.
