PRIYUSHA BAGDARE (Physicist) has received Best Paper award in Oral Presentation on "Is intensity modulated radiotherapy always superior technique than three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer: A comparative study" in International Conference on Medical Physics, Radiation Protection and Radiobiology (ICMPRPR-2K15) held at SMS Medical College, Jaipur from 20th to 22nd Feb 2015. 4. 30. DR. MILIND JOSHI, Consultant Pediatric and Laparoscopic Surgeon and Pediatric Urologist, Associate Professor, Pediatric Surgery at SAIMS has been awarded Gold Medal in D.N.B. Pediatric surgery superspeciality course conducted by National Board Of Examinations for standing 1st position and achieving highest marks. He was honored by Parliament speaker Mrs. Meera Kumar and Union Health Minister Mr. Gulab Nabi Azad at the 17th Convocation of DNB at New Delhi. Dr. Joshi, also holds the rare academic feast of achieving 1st position for scoring highest marks in M.Ch. Pediatric Surgery examination conducted by MUHS Nashik in 2009. He was also awarded as honorary visiting professor by Lanzhou university and Lanzhou medical college hospital, China for his academic publications in the field of Urology in 2010. He has successfully established pediatric endourology procedural set up at Mohak Superspeciality Hospital, Indore.He was also been awarded FALS. 31. Deptt. of Anaesthesiology & Critical Care of SAIMS bags Best Scientific Poster Award at National Conference of Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists held at Jodhpur (Raj.) from 26 th -29 th Dec. 2008. The poster was presented by Professor Dr. (Col.) M. Kapadia & Dr. Mayank Kulshreshtha, Asst. Prof., Deptt. of Anaesthesiology, SAIMS, Indore. 32. Dr. Avanish Mishra, Asst. Professor, Deptt. of Biochemistry has been nominated for Rashtriya Gourav Award from Indian International Friendship Organisation, New Delhi. 33. Anuj Gupta and Akshat Malik selected and participated in a course on Bio-informatics jointly organised by ICMR and AIIMS in April 2008. 34.
