1. Order DBS was contracted to perform an inspection / repair of the blades on the wind turbine referred to on page 1. The inspection was conducted by the Danish Blade Service expert indicated on page 1. 2. Objective The objective of the technical inspection is to check components for defects or damage. The results presented in this report exclusively concern the wind turbine mentioned on page 1. 3. Documentation of the work performed Inspection of the damage supported by photo documentation. Filled in repair report, supported by photo documentation. 4. Inspection extent The extent of the inspection is specified in the table in chapter 3. 5. Vinge nr. 127: Ny wire er monteret iht. vingeproducentens procedure. Vinge nr. 265: Wiren er tidligere udskiftet og der er monteret en forstærket Dyform wire fra LM Wind Power.
