Registration Forms The MSH Code of Standards is administered on behalf of the Universities and you should be aware that signing the voluntary declarations contained within our registration forms is subject to scrutiny from various government agencies, as well as MSH. Please read everything carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if there are any queries. We urge caution when committing to all declarations and would ask for honesty and thorough consideration of what it is you are committing to. Essentially students choose MSH landlords as they have met a level of standards- to falsely declare some or all of these standards can undermine the accreditation scheme. Terms and Conditions of Service Adherence to the terms of the Code of Standards is compulsory for all landlords registered with Manchester Student Homes. A copy of a current Gas Safe gas safety certificate for each property must be submitted before any property can be advertised. The Energy Performance Certificate Reference Number must be supplied before any property can be advertised. Manchester Student Homes reserves the right to charge an administration fee of half the cost of a standard advert at the manager's discretion where an owner has to be contacted because they have submitted more properties for advertisement than their fee allows or where late amendments or cancellations are made. All advertisements are accepted at the discretion of Manchester Student Homes. Information provided on all adverts must be honest and correct at all times. Manchester Student Homes must be informed of any amendment to any detail of an advert. Landlords should inform MSH when a property has been let, in order to maintain the integrity of the list.
