PROFESSIONAL TEAM ABOUT US Ian Leven established Ian Leven Smash Repairs in 1980. Ian built a solid reputation on quality and skilled workmanship, relying primarily on wordof-mouth referrals and repeat customers. In 2009 Simon Leven purchased the business from Ian. He began making dramatic product and equipment changes to complement the business excellent reputation with the most advanced repair technology available on the market. OUR SERVICES PANEL BEATING PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL Our professional panel beaters have well-rounded skill-sets and exceptional attention to detail. Precision is optimised through our state-of-the-art working facilities and our safe and ergonomic working environment. At Leven Smash Repairs nothing is overlooked or left to chance, and we constantly look for ways to improve our processes or streamline repair cycle time. SPRAY PAINTING Each of our dedicated spray painters has an uncompromising desire for quality paint finishes. Our specialised spray equipment and prestige spray booth allow our painters to perform high quality factory finishes every time. Our paint technicians are highly trained in colour matching to ensure the finished result is undetectable from the factory finish. INSURANCE CLAIMS We create a streamlined and transparent repair process for our customers, including liaison with their insurer. Our administration team is fully trained in the claims process and regularly updates our customers on the status of their repairs and estimated completion time. FINAL FINISHING Our aim is to repair each vehicle back to pre-accident condition or better. All vehicles are repaired to manufacturer specifications, and our quality assurance process ensures each vehicle is thoroughly inspected prior to hand over. We are also pleased to offer a professional detailing service to our customers. Paintless dent removal is a cost effective and efficient dent repair solution that requires a specialised multi-skilled technician. We are the only autobody repair center in the Central West to offer this service to our customers. AIR CONDITIONER REGASSING Our technicians are trained in air conditioner regassing, therefore we are able to keep costs down by doing this work in-house rather than outsourcing to a refrigeration specialist. TOWING AND HIRE CAR SERVICES We are happy to arrange towing of your vehicle back to our repair facility, arrange pick-ups and drop-offs or arrange a suitable hire car should one be required. We have a highly secure premises featuring a monitored backto-base alarm and security patrol to give our customers peace of mind that their vehicle is secure whilst in our care. ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES We are proud to offer specialised automotive services through our sister company, Advanced Automotive Services, located next door to our premises.
