ALAN O. CAMPBELL, PE, RRC Structural Engineer and Roof Consultant Alan Campbell has over 25 years of experience as a structural engineer, civil engineer and roofing consultant and is responsible for facility condition inspections, failure analyses, damage assessments, roof surveys and engineering investigations of many types of structures. He is also well versed with collapse claims related to overloads, structural deficiencies, and code violations. His experience includes the investigation of structural damage resulting from both wind and flood from numerous hurricanes and windstorms throughout the South and Southeast beginning in 1989. Mr. Campbell provides engineering support services to many major insurance and adjusting companies and law firms throughout the mid- Atlantic region. This effort is related to structural failures and deficiencies, faulty construction, code violations, and expert witness testimony. Mr. Campbell's practice also focuses on the evaluation of building envelope problems related to windows, curtain walls, stucco, and roofing systems. In addition, Mr. Campbell's practice includes the evaluation of structural defects and failures attributable to catastrophic events such as hurricanes, wind storms, and earthquakes.
