PRODUCTION PLANNING ( PP ) Production Planning (PP) helps to simplify the day to day activities related to Material, Production and Sales. BADI helps imports the customer production plan, maps it to the BOM and generates various plans such as MRP, Production Plan and so on. Each Production accounting is monitored and controlled efficiently with effective routing process. Vital Information such as machine efficiency, down time tracking and planned versus actual production are easily managed. It calculates the machines efficiency- evaluates the machiness standard UPH (Unit Per Hour) with actual production per hour. Integrated with POP (PLC Machine Integration), which ensures automatic BOM back flush to project the accurate quality of finished goods and WIP materials. PAGE 2
MATERIAL MANAGEMENT ( MM ) Badi Material Management is one of the important modules in BADI. The enhanced features of Material Management module handles material procurement, Inventory Management (CKD Management) and Material Issue. The Procurement system in BADI aids in optimizing the purchase of raw materials, sub-assembly/child part and non- inventory materials. Procurement includes Purchase Order (PO), Schedules, Material Follow-Up and advance shipment notice (ASN). The inventory systems in BADI includes material receipt, warehousing and material issue. On receiving the materials, the system prepares container labels with barcode to enable FIFO based material issue using hand held terminals. PAGE 3
SALES AND DISTRIBUTION ( SD ) The Sales and Distribution module offers a comprehensive set of tools to manage sales orders and logistics. This includes sales forecast and analysis, pricing and rebates, automated pick list, hand held terminal based automatic invoice generation and trolley management. PLANT AND MAINTENANCE ( PM ) The Badi Plant Maintenance module enables the user to schedule maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance (for equipment, mould, container and fabrication) and sewage treatment maintenance, It also maintains and tracts other vital information such as equipment annual maintenance contract details, warranty management, spares management, LPG consumption, diesel consumption, water consumption, fork lift running details, power failure details and so on. Spares management includes budgets preparation, safety stock alert, purchase request material request to stores, maintains stock and issues to maintenance department. PAGE 6
HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ( HRMS / HR ) Badi HRMS modules enables you to efficiently manage and automate all HR related functions, which includes recruitments, resource planning, training, payroll management attendance management, leave management, performance appraisal, settlement and Contract labor management. Badi attendance system integrates with any third party biometrics device or any other attendance system. Badi Payroll system includes a robust payroll master, which can process the payroll for nearly 5000 employees in less than a minute. PAGE 7
FINANCE AND CONTROLLING Badi Finance module provides the functionality required by the finance personnel in their day to day activities such as book keeping, reporting analysis, cash flow and budgeting. Badi Finance seamlessly integrates with other modules through an interface engine designed especially for it. The system supports Price Control Adjustments through analysis of Demand versus Supply versus Market Price indicators, thus enabling the user to control price fixation to achieve maximum profit. Credit Control, Ageing is possible at ease in controlling the Cash Flow such that Working capital is maintained to the minimum. PAGE 8
VENDOR PORTAL The vendor portal acts as a communication medium between company ans its suppliers. Through Badi the vendor portal, the supplier can view the schedule, vendor opening stock details, ASN (Advance Shipments Notice), material receipt status payment status drawings, QIR and counter measures, audit schedules, notifications and supplier ratings. The suppliers can also download schedules, purchase orders, price history details and so on from the portal. PAGE 9
WORKFLOW BADI Work Flow module provides the flexibility to manage Work Flow in the company. Each Work Flow can be designed to accept request, give intimations, automates the process of line approvals, give feedback, rejections and allow resubmissions etc., Encourages the attention of intended staff immediately and follow up is possible in defined intervals, thus speeding up the action by the staff. This improves the overall efficiency and responsiveness of each Staff. File Handling is not necessary, automated process keeps the Staff s request Status informed. Auditing at a future date is easily possible as the history communication is maintained. Option for transferring responsibility makes the Work Flow to work without a stop. \\ Quality Management ( QM ) The Quality Management module of Badi supports Inspections, Audits,Quality Information Reports (QIR) and Counter Measures,Warranty Claims,4M Change Management and Supplier Ratings. Inspection includes Incoming inspection (Green Channel,Random inspection,100%),in-line inspection and Final/Pre Delivery inspectiion. Based on inspection type, the Badi system generates automatic QIR alerts to the suppliers or in-house teams. The QIR and its counter measures are published in the Badi Vendor Portal.
