In Nuevos Ministerios change to line number 6 (grey one) to Pacífico station. In Pacífico station change to line number 1 (light blue one) to Antón Martín. This is the way you have to do only 2 changes. By metro is the faster and easier way to reach the hostel from the airport. From train station Atocha to the accommodation: Take the metro in the train station, line 1 (light blue one) to Antón Martín. But from Atocha train station you can go by foot. It s very close. March, Friday 15 th You had better come smartly dressed, this party place is a cool one, please don t forget some fancy clothes. Don t need a suit, but a shirt and shoes may be welcome. You must show us your ID-card with picture or your passport in order to get your free drink Welcome party: The party will be in Coppola (c/ Marques de Lema 7, Metro station: Cuatro Caminos). Meeting Point: at 22:30, at the Metro Station Cuatro Caminos, exit Reina Victoria. You should look for the BEST- UPM students in order to get your drink; they will wear t- shirts with BEST- UPM in it. You had better come smartly dressed. First free drink ticket, is given by BEST-UPM students, but you must show your ID-Card with picture. For a free drink you have to be before 00:30. Very Important: Transports during the night The city has two efficient networks of night transport that work during all the night so you can come back to the hostel by bus when you want. You can choose the best option (or combine both) between `búho (buses that end and begin their line at Cibeles and the frequency depends on the day of the week, around 40 minutes from Sunday to Thursday and 20 minutes in Fridays and Saturdays nights) and `Búho Metro (that follow the same line that the Metro, but on the surface, they come every 15 minutes and only on Friday s and Saturdays night) REMEMBER: `Búho Metro ONLY on Fridays and Saturdays nights. All the participants, divided into groups, will enjoy a journey around the city of Madrid, playing games in some of the more famous points of the city. Don t forget to bring your camera! March, Wednesday 20 th Night Walk The purpose of the Night Walk is to show you madrilian Night-life while taking a stroll trough the most emblematic places in the centre of Madrid. You will be split in groups, and people from BEST-UPM will pick you up at the Metro Station Opera (line2, the red one) at 21:00h. The walk will take (more or less) one hour and a half ( maybe 2 hours) The meeting point is quite close from the hostel, you can go walking. You can choose the best option (or combine both) between `búho (buses that end and begin their line at Cibeles and the frequency depends on the day of the week, around 40 minutes from Sunday to Thursday and 20 minutes in Fridays and Saturdays nights) and `Búho Metro (that follow the same line that the Metro, but on the surface, they come every 15 minutes and only on Friday s and Saturdays night) REMEMBER: `Búho Metro ONLY on Fridays and Saturdays nights.
