HOTEL INFORMATION The Historic 30 th Annual Conference will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida. Rosen Shingle Creek is a AAA Four Diamond Resort that has 18 hole, 72 Par Golf Course, full service spa, nature/jogging trail, marina, fishing, and multiple cuisine restaurants. TRANSPORTATION Mears Motor Shuttle Airport Shuttle Hello Florida!, in cooperation with Mears Motor Shuttle, is pleased to provide non-exclusive airport shuttle option. Mears Motor Shuttle operates shared ride van shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to local hotels. In advance of the conference, Hello Florida! will provide coupons for distribution to the attendees via a.jpg that can be posted on your conference website for printing. The locations of each booth are specified on the back of the coupon. Mears Motor Shuttles leave from Level One at Orlando International Airport continuously. Wait time is to be expected (typically 30-40 minutes) and those times will vary based on date, time of day and business volume. Up to four hotels can be in a transfer zone. For return transfers, guests simply call Mears at least 24 hours prior to their flight s departure time to make a reservation. The pick up time will be scheduled based upon seating availability and flights departure time. The departure pick-up window is at least 2½ to 3 hours prior to flight time.
