The Last Word: the Art and Science of Closing and Rebuttal Argument this seminar discusses the art and science of developing an effective rebuttal argument, the purpose of closing versus rebuttal argument, recognizing and avoiding vouching and other errors, and structuring an effective rebuttal outline.
