Our mission To develop and deliver internationally recognised and professional training courses and related programmes in order to equip personnel with selected skill competencies required to meet Africa s present and future complex peace and security challenges.

CPMRD provides a broad mandate for research into: Regional Peace and Security Conflict Prevention and Peace Building Civil-Police-Military Relations

Activities Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre Seminars and workshops. Research, analysis, writing and publication. Networking and cooperation local, regional and international. Teaching support to external partners and KAIPTC departments. Participation in regional and international security debate. Donor interaction and solicitation of donor support.
