POLICY In an effort to address security issues for ISU events for the purpose of allowing skaters to perform without distraction, the following guidelines will apply to the credentialing system. a) Primary concern is to ensure each skater s safety and promote a situation in which skaters are able to focus on peak performances. b) There will be one designated person from the ISU for each event, who is responsible for the credentialing system both in advance and on site to ensure that the approved policy is enforced. c) The LOC will designate an individual who is in charge of credentialing the volunteers to the event d) Credentialing will be issued only to individuals who have a specific function related to the event. e) Day pass holders must be accompanied by a person holding a credential with access 1, 2 or 3. II ARENA ACCESS FOR EVENTS 1. Tier 1 Credential - Full access to arena (concourse and event level, rink) 2.
