Executive Management Team Stephanie Point President & Chief Executive Officer Stephanie Point is the founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors. She started Point 2 Point after 25 years of combined law enforcement and executive security management experience. She served as a Police Officer and Detective for LAPD and the Bell Gardens Police Department in Los Angeles California for over 10 years. During her time as a detective, Ms. Point worked in several specialized investigative units such as forgery, fraud, robbery and homicide. After honorably retiring from a service related injury, Ms. Point went on to develop and operate several global security companies. A native of Dallas, TX Ms. Point attended the University of Wisconsin Stout and University of Minnesota where she pursued a degree in Pre Law and Psychology. Ms. Point is a co founder and member of P2P Holdings, LLC which has businesses and investments in the energy/renewable energy industries; and is a Partner in Serve International, LLC. Michael West Chief Operating Officer Michael West is Chief Operating Officer of Bel Air based Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. and Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors. He assumed his current position in September 2008 after a fifteen (15) year career at Hunt Valley, MD based Dunbar Armored, Inc. At Dunbar Armored Inc., Mr. West led its Global Logistics division as the Vice President & General Manager, while serving on Dunbar s Executive Committee. At Dunbar Global Logistics, he was responsible for planning corporate strategy, business development and implementing operations in the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, Europe and Asia. In addition, Mr. West led all sales and operations activities, including the management of the company s key accounts. Intervenes directly only in situations which require minimal action to safeguard property or persons. Duties require minimal training. Qualification: The Guard I is certified to provide security services in the state where security operations are being conducted. Must be mature and of sound judgment, and possess good interpersonal skills. Training: The Guard I is in compliance with the Department of Criminal Justice System private security certification course for the state where security operations are being conducted. 27102 Guard II (Armed) Description: Enforces regulations designed to prevent breaches of security. Exercises judgment and use discretion in dealing with whether first response should be to intervene directly (asking for assistance when deemed necessary and time allows), to keep situation under surveillance, or to report situation so that it can be handled by appropriate authority. Duties require specialized training in methods and techniques of protecting security areas. Commonly, the guard is required to demonstrate continuing physical fitness and proficiency with firearms or other special weapons. Qualification: The Guard II has at least one (1) year prior experience as a licensed security guard. Must be mature and of sound judgment, and possess good interpersonal skills. Training: The Guard II is in compliance with the Department of Criminal Justice System private security certification course for the state where security operations are being conducted.

SUPERVISOR (unarmed) Description: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising security officers directly and ensuring that all security posts are properly staffed as specified per the contract. In addition to the supervision of security personnel this position requires preparation of work schedules, communication with client liaisons and inspection of officers to ensure effective security coverage, overseeing the investigation of incidents, preparation of incident reports, maintaining control of government furnished equipment, addressing and resolving employee issues, implementing post and general orders, and communicating effectively with the public. Qualification: The Supervisor has at least two (2) years prior experience as a licensed security guard and has passed an oral interview to prove capabilities to upper level management. Must be mature and of sound judgment, and possess good interpersonal skills. Training: The Supervisor is in compliance with the Department of Criminal Justice System private security certification course for the state where security operations are being conducted. Point 2 Point provides additional training, including the policies and procedures of the organization. 27040 Detention Officer (Corrections Officer) Description: Performs various duties related to detention, safeguarding, security and escort of violators of immigration laws. Exercises surveillance over detainees, and maintains order and discipline. Attends to sheltering, feeding, and physical well being of detainees; and counseling of alien detainees on personal matters. Guards detainees at deportation or exclusion hearings. Recognizes potentially hazardous health, safety, security, or discipline problems. Supervises voluntary work details, and encourages participation in organized recreational activities. Qualification: The Corrections Level Officer has at least one (1) years prior experience as a Corrections Officer and has passed all required tests from a Federal, State or Local program. Training: The Corrections Officer is in compliance with the Department of Criminal Justice System and state requirements. Point 2 Point provides post orders, company policy and procedures. 27130 Police Officer I Description: Enforces laws established for the protection of persons and property, by detaining, arresting, interrogating, and incarcerating suspected violators, and appearing as a witness at trials. Work is performed in uniform or civilian clothes and officers are typically armed. Excluded are: a. Supervisory positions; b. Criminal investigators; c. Police detectives and specialists performing duties above those described for Police Officer II; d. Positions requiring the operation of aircraft; and e. Police academy cadets and positions receiving on-the-job training and experience in basic police activities. Qualification: The Police Officer I will have one to three (1-3) years of law enforcement experience, or military / civil law enforcement experience and training. Training: The Police Officer I is in compliance with the Department of Criminal Justice System private security certification course for the state where security operations are being conducted, and have graduated from a civil or military law enforcement academy. Point 2 Point provides all post orders, policy and procedure training.

27132 Police Officer II Description: In addition to the basic police duties described at level I, receives additional compensation to specialize in one or more activities, such as: canine patrol; special reaction teams; juvenile cases; hostage negotiations; and participating in investigations or other enforcement activities requiring specialized training and skills. Qualification: The Police Officer II will have a minimum of two (2) years of law enforcement experience, or military / civil law enforcement with minimum of (1) year of operational experience. Training: The Police Officer II is in compliance with the Department of Criminal Justice System private security certification course for the state where security operations are being conducted, and have graduated from a civil or military law enforcement academy. Point 2 Point provides all post orders, policy and procedure training. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER Description: The Assistant Project Manager coordinates administrative and operational functions, ensures that all contract deliverables are being accomplished to include requirements for inspection, training activities and preparing reports. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager I will be responsible for work force utilization and staffing. Duties include preparation of work schedules; conducting post inspections; preparation of operations reports; resolving employee issues, documenting employee performance, recommending performance based promotions and recommending appropriate discipline. Qualification: The Assistant Project Manager will have (2-3) years of proven management experience. Training: The Assistant Project Manager is in compliance with all company policies, procedures and systems. PROJECT MANAGER Description: The Project Manager is responsible for supervising, administering and managing the entire security project. He/she will conduct staff meetings, evaluate subordinates and approve operations reports. The PM II must display excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. He/she will develop work schedules, address and resolve employee issues, interface with client and address/resolve client s concerns, ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction, provide on-the job training; prepare operations and management reports; monitor and control project expenditures; and develop and implement post orders. He/ she will have the ability to develop and apply problem solving solutions to ensure contract compliance. Qualification: The Project Manager will have (3-5) years of proven management experience. Training: The Project Manager is in compliance with all company policies, procedures and systems.
