Additional ways to call into Lifesize Cloud Joining as Audio Only There are dial-in numbers available on the Call Me page for you to dial in using your mobile phone or a landline. International numbers are also available by clicking on the link. This dialing option is for audio only and no video will be seen. Joining from a Video System Dialing from your existing video system is similar to dialing to other video systems using a remote control. On the Call Me page, the dialing information is displayed as shown below. Joining using Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business Joining from Microsoft Lync 2013 is simple. Once Lync opens, click the video button to start the call. On the Call Me page, the dialing information is displayed as shown below. Enter the above IP address and hit the Call button. When the virtual operator comes on, enter the extension as seen above followed by the # sign. You will be placed in the video conferencing meeting room. Other dialing options <IP Address##Extension> example 192.155.215.197##180172 <Extension>@lifesizecloud.com 180172@lifesizecloud.com The meeting extension can also be obtained from the email invite sent by the host of the meeting. NOTE: If you are unable to reach the meeting room using the dialing options available above, check with the network admin to verify that appropriate firewall ports have the proper access rules. Page 8 of 9

Audio and Video Issues Follow the best practices recommended by your video system manufacturer for optimal performance with Lifesize Cloud. Audio Problem: Other callers can t hear me. Some Mac devices ask for your permission to access the microphone when you start the Lifesize Cloud app for the first time. If you select No by mistake, your audio is unavailable to others on the call. Solution: Select Settings Privacy Microphone and enable the Lifesize Cloud app. Wired Headsets For optimal audio with desktop and mobile clients, use wired headsets. If you are using headphones with two connectors with models of Mac devices that use a single analog headphone port, you must connect them with a TRRS converter. Video Ensure that the system maintains the best possible image quality by altering the lighting and background of your environment as necessary or adjusting the camera settings according to your vendor s recommendation. NOTE: Many times, video centric software installed on the computer is using the camera and microphone; therefore, it is recommended that all video centric software be shutdown to ensure optimal video conferencing using Lifesize Cloud. Noise Reduction Option Mac users should enable the Apple noise reduction option on the microphone input for optimal audio quality. Please contact us at sales@i2itech.com or by phone at 800.424.9887 for further information. Page 9 of 9
