What is the portfolio of the stock and the bond that replicates the option? Suppose the replicating portfolio has α S dollars worth of stock and α B dollars worth of bonds, replicating in both states implies that: (125/5)α S + (15/1)α B = 45 (up state) and (5/5)α S + (15/1)α B = (down state). Solving for α S and α B, we have that 1.5α S = 45 or α S = 3 (which is purchase of 3/5 of a share) and 3 + 1.5α B = or α B = 2 (which shorting 1/5 of a bond).
