Emergency services information provided by West Central Mental Health Center West Central Mental Health (WCMH) provides 24 hour emergency services FREE of charge to anyone in Chaffee County, REGARDLESS of whether or not that person is actively enrolled in their services. To access this support service or to offer it to someone who needs help, please encourage them to call 719-539-6502. If you call during business hours and are in need of urgent support or assistance, please identify to the individual answering the phone that this is an emergency, and they will alert their emergency team immediately.
