Introduction CRM 7 Mobile is an application that links your mobile device to your OnContact CRM. Use it to view and maintain your CRM data from anywhere! Download and Install Mobile Application 1. From your mobile device, go to the Application Store. 2. Search for: Oncontact 3. Select Install 4. Select OPEN 2

About Logging In First time login requires URL to be entered URL is address of server Profile is your link to your CRM database URL, login ID, password and profile are remembered after successful login Must have internet access (online) for first login Login Options: Work offline: Work offline means you are not syncing with server. You can choose to work offline to save your data plan. The app will automatically go into offline mode when no connection is available. Springboard Menu to various Modules where you may add, edit, delete items An indicator is displayed in upper right-hand corner of springboard option when new data has arrived. Click on item to view new data 4
Settings o Sync Send and Receive updates from server (this happens automatically but you may use this option to do it immediately) 5
Navigation List Pages Used to search, add and open module items Server search option is used to retrieve items from the server that are not present on the device. You need to search for, and download the records you want to work with. To do so, Click the Cloud button: o When it is green you are searching server o When it is grey, you are working locally. Click rows to select them for download. After one is selected, the Download option is displayed at the bottom of the page. Advanced Search - Press arrow next to the Magnifying glass to open advanced Search. Here you may enter criteria in 1 or more fields. Press Mag Glass to initiate search. Click on item to open an item Press Plus button at top to add a new item Select and Assign data (i.e. Contacts and Companies) to your device from the server so that it is available without a connection 6
Example: Edit Contact 1. This is the Springboard. Click Contacts. 3. Click the Cloud to access records from the server. 4. Type search criteria. We ll type the letter M. Click to Search. 7
6. Select one or more records, and Download to your device. 7. Click the Cloud icon again to work locally. 8. Click to search your device locally. We ll search for the letter M again. 8
9. Select any record you want to edit. 10. You can text, call or email by clicking the icon, or click to Edit this record. 9

View Pages Contact, Company, Opportunity, and Activity Press Pencil image to edit Press Gear image for options. They are displayed at bottom of page (Add to favorites, Remove) Remove removes item from device not from Server database Detail fields have expander in upper left corner press expander to see more data (like phones, emails, addresses) From a phone field you may initiate a call or text (buttons to right) From a URL field you may open web page From email field you may initiate email (email button) View pages may have tabs on the bottom for related data. For example, Contact page has 2 tabs, Details and Activities. Note fields expand to see more notes 12
Example: Companies 1. From the Springboard, choose Companies and select the company you want to work with. 2. Click to expand multiple entries. In this example, we chose Phones. 3. Click to call or text the selected phone. 13
4. Scroll down for more information. 5. Click to expand Profile information. 14

Edit Pages Toolbar buttons left one cancels changes, right one Saves them Detail fields press + to add, - to delete row. There is no limit to number of rows Zoom fields type in some characters to start searching. Select item from results displayed beneath the field. Or, press 18
mag glass to open advanced zoom. This works just like advanced search. Recent and Favorite Items Click Edit button to remove items from these lists it does not remove the actual items. 19
Example: To-Do s (Enter an Activity) To-DO s are available from the Springboard, and provides you with a list of all the open Activities that are assigned to you. 1. Click the To Do tile. 2. Click to Search for your activities. 20
3. Select Activity. 4. Click the Contact area to expand for details. 21
5. Click to make the Phone call. 6. Click to go back to this Contact's Activity record. 22
7. Click to enter Edit Mode. 8. Enter Activity Result. 23
