Come and say hi to us at stand 613 We ll have a stand at the Cycle Show so make sure you drop by to meet the team once you ve registered. We ll have merchandise, Men United back signs and information on our latest cycling challenge. Men United Supporter Zones We will be out in force on the course to give you a massive cheer and that extra boost of energy when you need it most. Encourage your friends and family to come along to our Supporter Zones and join us in cheering you on. Supporter Zone 1- Kingston, Mile 22 It's one of the best places on the course to watch all the riders pass. We ll be at the cheer point from 7:30am to ensure we get the best spot available, so make sure you send your supporters to London Road by this time and tell them to look out for our banners and flags. Directions: The nearest station is Kingston. To get to the cheering point please exit the station and head south towards Cromwell Road and then turn left onto London Road. Along London Road will be our team with banners, look out for the branding!

Supporter Zone 2 Raynes Park Tavern, Mile 90 This is another great place to watch our riders go past and support them when they need it the most, to help them cross that finish line. We ll be here from 9:30am to make sure our riders get well deserved cheers as they complete the last leg of the course. Directions: The nearest station is Raynes Park. Raynes Park Tavern (32 Coombe Lane, Wimbledon, London, SW20 0LA) is opposite Raynes Park Station.

Top tips for the Men United cheering squad Save your voice - There ll be hundreds of people on the day so we need the noisiest cheerers around - why not bring along whistles or bang bang sticks to make sure you re heard above the crowd? Show off your creative talent - A home made banner is a great way to make sure your mate can spot you in the crowd. Come prepared - Bring some food and drink for the day, as well as suitable clothing for the great British weather (sun cream and rain jacket!). Show your team spirit - Why not wear the Men United colours of black, white and blue? Celebrate at our After Party - First Floor, The Athenaeum, 116 Piccadilly, Mayfair, London W1J 7BJ (Access via Down Street) After you ve crossed the finish line, it s time to celebrate! It takes a special kind of person to cycle 100 miles; with all the training and fundraising you ve put in you re our hero and Men United salutes you. So join us at the After Party for a well deserved sports massage and refreshments. It s also the perfect place to meet up with your friends and family.

Once you cross the finish line head past Buckingham Palace on Constitution Hill towards Hyde Park, and then turn right onto Piccadilly. Once you re on Piccadilly The Athenaeum will be on the left hand side. Continue walking until you reach Down Street and The Athenaeum will be located on the corner. They ll be bike racking available in Green Park if you want to leave your bike there or you ll be able to store your bike with us at The Athenaeum. We can t wait to see you on the day. If there s anything you are unsure of please get in touch by calling 0203 310 7034 or email cycling@prostatecanceruk.org. See you at the finish line good luck!
