Program Qualifications The following qualifications must be met in order to qualify for the program: 1. Employer must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland & participants must work in Maryland; and 2. Participants must provide proof of identification and citizenship or proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Incumbent Program Guidelines: After completion of training, participating employees must attain one of the following program outcomes: 1. Shift to new job duties utilizing their new skill set, 2. Gain a new job title due to their new skill, or 3. Receive an increase in compensation
Lockheed Martin Submitted an application to participate in the grant to support the skills upgrade training of employees Training will be provided in a boot camp format on site at Lockheed Martin Training dates and times will be scheduled at the convenience of the client
