With a premise based solution, everything including the common equipment falls under Priority 2) ANSWER: Yes, we are seeking Priority 1 Cloud Based solutions. 3. Cabling Specifications: Is this a request for new cabling? Or is this a statement defining the existing cabling infrastructure? Answer: The proposed solution should include any additional cabling that would be needed to successfully implement the design. If our existing 62.5 MM fiber backbones are adequate for the proposed design then then additional cabling may not be necessary. Any new cabling should support at least 10 Gb/s up to distances of 500m. 4. How many fax lines are at each location Answer: Anywhere from 1 to 5. 5. Do you have Centrex/B1 lines that are used for connections to Alarm Companies and or/elevator Circuits? If yes how many per location? Answer: 2 per locations for fire alarms. Four location with elevator 1 per location. 6. Do you have external paging systems that will need to connect to the system? If so can you specify the location(s) and the type of equipment being used Answer: We have typical Bogen wall-mounted paging amplifiers at each site of various wattages. These are accessed by dialing a 4 digit extension in the PBX that connects to the PBX paging port. These amps will need to be reconnected to the new system. 7. Are you interested in leasing the phones vs- a capital purchase?
