About the Requirements IDBI Capital as a Trading Member of SE (Cash and Derivatives) & BSE renders various services to clients that are: Online Web Based Trading. Online Back-office services. Online Portfolio Manager. IDBI Capital is providing Stock Broking services to its Retail / corporate clients across India. Currently, IDBI CAPITAL is directly serving around 50,000 clients and expected to grow the clientele to 1,50,000 2,00,000. 2.1 Business Requirement At present we are providing online trading facility, in our pursuit to provide best of services and grow across the country through our own branches and a set of franchisees, we plan to start up offline broking business for our retail clients. For the launch of offline trading to own branches and franchisee channel, we need to offer front-end software (CTCL trading terminal) to all franchisee with projection of about 100 branches and 200 franchisee by the end of F.. 2010-11. 2

Evaluation will be based on the General and Technical evaluation which will be based on the documents submitted by the vendor and the detailed presentations to be given by the vendor along with the product demos to the designated committee. 2. IDBI Capital may use the services of external consultants for bid evaluation 3. All bids shall be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee set up and will call for presentation to all the vendors applied for or some of the vendors, to evaluate the features of the software as per the requirements of IDBI Capital. vendors will be called for Request for Proposal (RFP). the price quoted. The final evaluation shall be on the basis of professional competence and 4. Evaluation process as decided by the IDBI Capital will be binding to the bidder. 5. Documents Establishing Eligibility of Product. The system integrator or Bidder shall furnish, as part of its Bid, documents establishing the eligibility and conformity to the Bidding Documents of all products and/or System and/or services which the system integrator or Bidder proposes to supply under the Contract. The documentary evidence of the eligibility of the products and/or System and/or services shall consist of a statement (attached to the Price Schedule) of the country of origin of the products and/or System and/or services offered, which shall be confirmed by a certificate of origin issued at the time of shipment.
