American Photo Marketing Entrepreneurship Scholarship - Student must be majoring in entrepreneurship and completed a minimum of 60 credit hours. Preference will be given to those with financial need and a serious intent to start a business. Jack & Nancy Benedict Endowed Award Student must have a major in either business or journalism with a GPA of 2.50. The award alternates between the College of Business Administration (CBA) and the College of Communication & Fine Arts (CCFA). The CBA is scheduled to award this scholarship on the odd years. The first award will be given for the fall of 2011 by CBA. Bryant-Brummell Business Award Student enrolled in the College of Business Administration who has an interest in the study of business, with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Preference will be given to a student who has demonstrated a commitment to the advancement of underrepresented minorities in the business profession. Business Leadership Scholarship - Student enrolled in the College of Business Administration. Student must demonstrate a potential for success in business. Minimum GPA of 2.50. CBA Alumni Scholarship Student must be admitted or enrolled in remaining admission requirements for the College of Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 2.75 at the time of application. Chemical Financial Scholarship - Student from Clare or Midland County with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Second preference is a student from the State of Michigan. DMF Bait Company/Dan Beaudoin Award Student must be enrolled in the College of Business Administration, pursuing a B.S.B.A. degree and be an active member of Phi Chi Theta. Deloitte LLP Annual Scholarship Student shall be enrolled in the College of Business Administration with a major in the School of Accounting or Business Information Systems, and who has a record of academic excellence. GPA of 3.3 or higher. G. Roland & Olga Jones Denison Scholarship Junior or Senior full-time student majoring in business which is also a Michigan resident. Must have filed FAFSA and Gregory & JoAnn DeWitt Endowed Award Sophomore or higher, business major with a GPA of 3.00 and a resident of Kent, Ottawa or Muskegon Counties. Must have filed FAFSA and Lee & Lori Dow Endowed Scholarship Student shall be a junior majoring in business with a GPA of 3.50. Must have filed FAFSA and Dow Corning Endowed Scholarship Student majoring in business. Selection will be based upon GPA, performance in business courses, demonstrated leadership in college related activities and the potential for success following completion of degree. Preference may be given to juniors and those applicants who are available to intern as students with Dow Corning and who are also willing to consider full time employment with Dow Corning upon graduation. J. Dean & Betty L. Eckersley Business Administration Scholarship First preference to residents of Isabella County. Second preference to Michigan residents. Must be full-time, business major with minimum GPA of 3.00 for incoming freshmen and sophomores, GPA of 3.25 for juniors, GPA 3.50 for seniors. Preference shall be given to Mid-Michigan Community College transfer. Must have filed FAFSA and Drusilla Farwell Foundation Award Student must be enrolled in the CBA with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Richard and Virginia Feusse Scholarship Student must be enrolled in the CBA with a minimum GPA of 3.50, with an interest in the study or accounting or finance. Award may be renewable for up to four years of full-time continuous enrollment providing that a 3.50 cumulative GPA is maintained. Must have filed FAFSA and have been APPROVED to receive aid. Cynthia Dickey Fitzgerald Award Student must be a sophomore or higher with a declared major in entrepreneurship with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have filed FAFSA and

Future Business Leadership Scholarship, an Allen & Nancy Vander Laan Endowed Scholarship - Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in the College of Business Administration seeking a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a field of study of General Business Administration, General Management and/or Economics. Candidate must demonstrate an interest in owning and running his/her own business in the future. He/she must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 and have had a small business experience. Candidate should also demonstrate a history of past philanthropy, volunteerism or giving back to his/her community or faith-based organization. Preference given to West Michigan residents. Michael & Glenda Glenn Sales Institute Scholarship The recipient will be a student enrolled in the CBA, Department of Marketing & Hospitality Services, Sales Institute as a major or minor with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must be a sophomore or higher and a Michigan resident. William & Marjorie Goodhue Student must be enrolled in the College of Business and have a 3.00 GPA. Preference given to those who reside in Lenawee County. Second preference from the State of Michigan. Must have filed FAFSA and Harter Family Endowed Scholarship Student must be junior or higher enrolled in the CBA pursuing a degree in business with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Robert E. Hutchinson Memorial Scholarship Student will be a junior or higher. Student will be selected based on their leadership involvement within the College of Business Administration, the University Community and within other activities that would allow leadership opportunities. Independent Bank Scholarship Income from the endowment will support a renewable scholarship for a low to moderate income student as defined by HUD median family income limits: http://www.huduser.org/portal/datasets/il/il14/index_mfi.html. Student enrolled in the College of Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Preference given to those who reside in the following counties: Arenac, Barry, Eaton, Genesee, Huron, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Jackson, Kent, Lapeer, Macomb, Mecosta, Midland, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oakland, Ottawa, Saginaw, Sanilac, Tuscola or Wayne. Willie Frances and Robert James, Sr. Award Student must be enrolled in the College of Business Administration, with a major or minor in business and must have completed at least one semester of academic coursework. Minimum GPA of 2.50. Preference will be given to a student from historically underrepresented populations, especially those that are first generation college students and are willing to promote diversity on campus. Must have filed FAFSA and have been APPROVED to receive aid. J. Edward Johnson Scholarship For a student bearing a high scholastic average in need of financial assistance to continue higher education. Kench Scholarship Student must be a Michigan resident in their Junior or Senior year with a minimum GPA of 2.75, majoring in one of the following areas: Management, Marketing, Human Resources or Accounting. Alan W. Madsen Scholarship Must be a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, sophomore or higher, enrolled in the College of Business Administration. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have filed FAFSA and MECCA Student must be in their junior or senior year, enrolled in the College of Business Administration, with an interest in the study of business and a minimum GPA of 2.50. Ken McCarter Scholarship For a student majoring in Management or Human Resources. Must have filed FAFSA and Eugene McKay III Business School Scholarship Freshman or transfer student with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have filed FAFSA and Dorothy G. & Robert E. Monica Endowed Scholarship Student enrolled in the College of Business with a minimum GPA of 3.00, majoring in accounting or information systems. Recipient must be a United States Citizen, resident of Michigan. Must have filed FAFSA and

Marilyn and Jerry Morey Annual Award Student must be a business major who graduated from a high school in Michigan with a minimum GPA of 2.80. Morris Family Scholarship Student must have a GPA of 3.20. Scholarship rotates among the CBA, CCFA, and ProfEd program. Must have filed FAFSA and Phi Chi Theta Endowed Award Student must be a junior or senior admitted or enrolled in remaining admission requirements for the College of Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 2.50 at time of application and be a member in Phi Chi Theta. Lawrence Rahilly Scholarship Business student in their senior year, majoring in Business. Scholarship is merit-based. Must have filed FAFSA and Paul & Barbara Richards Scholarship Student must be a junior or senior, majoring in business with a GPA of 2.80. First preference will be given to those from Livingston County, Michigan. Second preference will be for those from Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, or Washtenaw. Do NOT check the box for this award if you do not live in one of the counties mentioned above. Must have filed FAFSA and The Roh Scholarship for a graduating senior, enrolled in the College of Business Administration, who is majoring in hospitality services administration. Minimum GPA of 3.00 in traditional courses, excluding grades form internship, independent study and non-traditional courses. Preference will be given to those who demonstrate financial need and is intended for a student who is a child of a single-parent household. The award may be used to assist the student with travelrelated expenses, such as a job search, interview, or relocation to a new job. Scholarship will be awarded in the student s final semester at CMU. Your essay should include what your immediate needs are for funding. Judge Bill & Eileen Rush Scholarship Student majoring in law and interested in pursuing a career affiliated with the law. The recipient must have a record of academic excellence, minimum GPA of 3.00. Scribner Family Scholarship Two separate scholarships are awarded; minimum GPA of 3.00 majoring in Business. Student must have attended Cadillac High School or Mount Pleasant High School. One award will be issued to a student from each school. Must have filed FAFSA and Paul Smuts Scholarship Student must be a business major with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have filed FAFSA and Somes Family Endowed Award in Entrepreneurship Student must be an entrepreneurship major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and a Michigan resident. The award is renewable for one year, provided the student s cumulative GPA remains at 3.00 or higher. Kevin J. Summers Scholarship Student must be enrolled in the CBA with a concentration in either Entrepreneurship or Marketing, with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Preference will be given to those from either Kent or Otsego County who are active in community service. Must have filed FAFSA and Mark & Michelle Szymczak Student must be a major in Business Information Systems or Accounting. Preference given to students who are studying SAP and have strong leadership on campus. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Mike & Beth Tierney Endowed Scholarship Scholarship alternates between CBA and CHP. CBA awards the scholarship in the even years. Preference to student from Southeast Michigan. Minimum GPA of 3.00 and a demonstrated involvement in leadership activities. Velser/Prasad Scholarship Student must be a junior or senior with a major in International Business and a minimum GPA of 3.25. Voigtman Family Endowed Scholarship - Awarded to a business student in his or her junior year with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Student must be a Michigan resident. James H. Wanty Award Student must be a junior or senior majoring in entrepreneurship with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have filed FAFSA and ***The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA) and the Federal Government determine financial need.
