Acquiring Supporters The key to success in the sport & leisure industry is the Supporter. Currently, so many clubs and associations are failing to maintain high levels of supporter loyalty due to crucial data being stored in disparate formats, such as mailing lists, hospitality, merchandising, season ticket sales etc. TrackerRMS is the perfect starting point for creating a centralised repository of supporter information. The system will be implemented as linked to your website to offer supporters, commercial customers and potential footballers of your website with a simple click to register option and from here supporters will enter all of their relevant details. This data will then be captured in TrackerRMS and supporter profiles will be built in order to gain a greater understanding of the customer.
